Easy going and user friendly 🙂

Great b&b right on the sea front with fantastic views along the seafront. Dean was welcoming & friendly. The room was clean and presentable with the usual beverage refreshments available. Breakfast was very nice with standard b&b varieties. Free on street parking or pay & display is just a short walk away. Will definitely be returning.

Due to council reforms, free parking close by is not an option, however, you can park for an hour just around the corner - enough to check in and unload bags etc.

Great location, staff and food, however noise from the front of the building made it difficult to sl

Location was excellent and views were great, staff very helpful and attentive and cleanliness was of a high standard. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, great quality and choice.

The noise from the front of the property with passing vehicles and pedestrians kept us awake. However I understand the window glazing may not be able to be changed if its a listed building. The bathroom didn't look to be of a high standard install and the bathroom fan was extremely noisy

We would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone else

It was in a good location

The room was hot, no fan provided. Two steps down to the toilet in the dark was unsafe. Very noisy from people next door. Breakfast was below an acceptable standard.

Great location with good host. Good size room and very comfy bed. Great full English breakfast. Would definitely use this B&B again.

Very petty but nowhere to put towels or dressing-gown in bathroom while having a shower.

This hotel would give The Bates motel a run for its money. Worst hotel Ive ever stayed in.

The breakfast was OK, you could not serve your own fruit juice or breakfast cereals - there is a note on the breakfast cereals' Do Not Touch - never in my whole life have I experienced such a thing.

The room was a large size, the bathroom space was horrendous, small shower and a toilet in a cupboard space. The wash hand bason was in the lounge area. The room over looked a fire escape - no where on Booking.com does it indicate there is a very limited view from the back of the property. The dressing table doubled as a refreshment bar - with an extremely outdated free standing mirror. Light bulbs missing from all light fitments - which were also dusty. The double bed could justify for a large single rather than a standard double. The dinning room was large and bright, the tables were tiny, the chairs the sort you would find in a conference centre hall, not suitable for a dining room at all. During the breakfast no one checked to see if we would like additional toast, additional tea or addition milk, in fact on the one day we were offered cereal - we had a small pot of milk for the tea which we used and had to sparingly use this for both tea and cereal, on seeing the small jug was empty we were asked - I suppose you want more milk? The property needs updating at a minimum. The price we paid for 2 nights was day light robbery.

Very handy, and cheaper than some other places, lovely breakfast.

The food, the cleanliness, the staff, the location.

It was a bit noisy with toilets and pipes, which you cant really change. The internet didnt work though.

We booked the family room.The room is tidy with a big TV. The bathroom provide enough pressure and hot shower. Big breakfast:two sausage, two toast,two bacon one egg with some vegetables.

The hotel is very near the beach but the room doesn't have sea view.

Simple, good value B&B

Very good value for money. Simple, but everything you need from a B&B. Beautiful sea view from breakfast room. Well located, great for a beach holiday.

The big problem was that there is no on-site parking, which means you have to factor in parking expenses if travelling by car, and there's a need to carry your luggage to the place. But this is a fact made clear on the website, so no complaints, and also much of the accomodation on Weymouth has the same situation.

Had lots of FUN

Perfect Location near to bus stop, train station, right across the beach,all fun activities, shops, Staff were excellent, Food was good, spacious room, from breakfast dining could view the beach looked great.

Mattress could have been better could feel the SPRINGS while lying on it although had a good sleep because were too tired after exploring all the places and beach, Toilet is a bit small but were clean, Wifi didn’t reach till the top room.

The breakfast was good on both days, lovely and hot The pillows were good too

The mattress was knackered and I felt all the springs. The room decor was shabby Most of all the disgusting smell of marijuana wafting into the room, not sure if it was coming through the window as it was open, but as we walked downstairs the smell became a lot stronger. I would not return for these reasons.

Breakfast and location was lovely Breakfast served hot and plenty to eat. Waiter couldn't do enough , excellent!

Was in superior twin room and beds were so uncomfortable!Saying that bed linen was spotless The shower room was far to small and entrance to shower impossible to get into so therefore we were unable to shower which was disappointing. Toilet would only flush a little loo paper at each time and could be rather noisy. Room tired and floor quite uneven which didn't help my vertigo. No door to balcony so had to climb through window which was difficult

I liked the view.

I didn't like the services, as toilet didn't flush well and shower after 1 min started to Collect water. I found black hair in the toilet on the floor and in the towels. TV not working. Not happy with breakfast, very poor. The 2 guys that we met in 2 different days not accommodating and kind as one expects when arriving at guest House with children. Only one request we made upon arrival if they could keep our luggage and without thinking twice he answered NO, even to try a solution to make his guests happy. Not happy at all.

The host was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and so was the bathroom. The location was fantastic with everything you need a short walk away. We sat, eating our breakfast and enjoyed the sea view.
