Una muy buena experiencia.

Muy buen lugar para hospedar. Recepcionistas son serviciales y amables en su trato con los huéspedes. Desayunos son deliciosos, y contienen lo justo y necesario para comenzar el día; frutas, jugo, café, omelette y pan tostado. Hubiese sido mejor aún si se incluye algún pastel en el desayuno. Personal de cocina y servicio de desayunos fue excepcional. Fueron gentiles al ofrecerme café mientras trabajaba en el comedor. Agradezco sobremanera su buen servicio y amabilidad. La habitación que recibí tiene el tamaño preciso. El baño funcionó correctamente, tuve agua caliente en la ducha, lo cual aprecio mucho. La limpieza de las habitaciones fue buena. Personal de limpieza fue muy amable. Gracias por todo lo recibido.

Ubicación ideal a un buen precio

Mi estadía fue mayormente positiva. La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Además, consideré que el precio ofrecido estaba en línea con los servicios proporcionados. El desayuno fue uno de los puntos destacados de mi estancia.

Sin embargo, debo mencionar que los cuartos resultaron ser más pequeños de lo que esperaba. Esta limitación en el espacio podría ser un inconveniente para aquellos que buscan un espacio más amplio y confortable durante su estadía en el hotel.

Proper hotel. Great option for a stay in Laureles.

Very modern hotel in good location at a good price. Comfortable room (but woken at 5am Sunday morning by man shouting in reception for an hour and nobody shut him up). Best shower ever! Very good breakfast with amazing views from top floor.

Moderno, acogedor y excelente ubicación

La ubicación es excepcional, las instalaciones son muy lindas, el aire acondicionado es silencioso, el agua caliente de la ducha funcionó perfecto, la vista del comedor de la terraza, el desayuno es sabroso.

Dado que las habitaciones son pequeñas y no tienen escritor, el hotel no cuenta con un espacio donde poder trabajar diferente al comedor de la terraza.

The bed, the rooms AC never worked as it supposed too, for the whole group. Breakfast was the same everyday, just eggs.

Nice location, modern rooms and close to many nightclubs, recommended for short stays.

The hotel is in a nice area, a few blocks away from many night clubs, so noise is not an issue. There are several restaurants close to the hotel and the property itself feels modern and comfortable. It is in a safe area.

Check in starts at 3PM, so if you arrive early, you need to leave your bags until that time, they won't let you check in before that even if they had a room available. Other than that it is an average hotel.

the location was really good, near nice restaurants and cafeterias. the room was really clean and the view from the Terrasse is incredible.

the stuff was not speaking English, they were really helpful, but some questions (where i can change money, buy phonecard) could be not really answered. the room was a bit loud so take earplugs. the breakfast is very basic

Clean, Modern with a few quirks

The hotel is clean and modern. My room was comfortable but too small for 2 . My bed was comfortable, as well. The staff was adequate, not overly friendly. The location is good for being fairly close to tour meeting points, usually about 15 min by uber. Its a safe area with a lot of restaurants a few blocks away. Overall it's quiet at night, minimal street noise. The breakfast is quite nice, eggs, fruit, bread, juice and it's brought to you. There isn't a menu and I didnt know I had choices! YOU HAVE TO ASK ABOUT THE BREAKFAST OPTIONS. The woman who serves you isn't very pleasant and may be very slow and inefficient but you can get a good meal. It's great to have excellent AC. The elevator is fast. There's water in the lobby and they sell drinks.

No hot water on demand. You have to ask for it. I tried twice with no hot water. I reported it, they must have turned it on and I got it for awhile. It's odd. They have to clear the code for the safe before you can use it. They didn’t tell me before hand but they were helpful The room is almost too small for 2 people with luggage. I had 1 full sized suitcase and I took up all the space.

Very functional and comfortable room in Laureles. Nice views from the rooftop at breakfast time. Late checkout (1pm). Good and comfy bed.

it’s a budget hotel - wasn’t a good choice for me

it’s location

box room. only window led into corridor so got was woken up every time someone past and triggered the lights - all night long!. The noisy lift next door and call sounded just added to a miserable stay.
