About this house rental
The living room is cosy and great for couples to relax together or for family to create lovely holiday memories. The kitchen is very well-equipped to very easily and conveniently cater for a family of 4 for a week or two.
This cottage is literally moments from St Ives’ best beaches and all of the restaurants, shops, cafes and eateries are very nearby too. There is an outside shower at the rear access so great for washing off sand before relaxing indoors.
Porthmeor beach is an easy 2 minute walk away and the town centre with all of its restaurants, bars and cafes and the harbour is, as already mentioned, just a couple of minutes on foot.
There is free WiFi throughout the house.
All bed linen, bath towels and utilities are included in the rate.
Please refer to the Rental Agreement during the booking process for our detailed cancellation policy. We do offer a refund structure but on VRBO we have needed to select 'no refund'. We offer flexible cancellation conditions in the case of Covid government travel restrictions. Please email us at Orange Roofs if you have any specific questions, we will be so happy to help you.
** 05/12/24 - Please note due to Wales and West upgrading gas pipes throughout St Ives, there will be road closures throughout the town in January to early February. From 02/01/25 - 21/02/25 Fish Street and St Peters Street will be closed, from 06/01/25 - 21/02/25, Back Road East will be closed and from 27/01/25 - 21/02/25 Back Road West. Please be assured, there will still be car access along Fore Street. Please get in contact with a member of the Orange Roofs team before booking if you have any questions or concerns.**
