About this house rental
Welcome to the gated, private and exclusive community of Sand Point at Entrada. Our beautiful community consists of only 6 homes.
With only 6 homes, our community is the perfect place to escape the typical crowds of the large vacation home communities. Whether you choose a totally relaxing vacation or go all out to experience the beautiful outdoors in Southern Utah, this home is central to all of the hot spots.
Professionally decorated and recently updated it also has an attached two car garage. It has all the conveniences of home including secure Wi-Fi, great surround sound system with speakers in the Great Room and a new Smart TV in the Master Bedroom. It also has an upgraded, large kitchen with brand new appliances and granite counter tops with natural, slate floors and all the dishes, cookware and spices you will need to prepare your meals.
The extremely large master bedroom has a new, high quality king size adjustable mattress with the finest quality bedding. There is a private exit to the viewed back patio, a smart TV and a large master bathroom with a shower and a garden tub. There are two new leather, very comfortable recliners to relax and watch TV or read.
The second bedroom located within the main portion of the home has a new bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a full size bed on top. A new smart TV has recently been added for streaming. There is a separate entrance to the full size guest bathroom located just off the bedroom.
The private, separate entranced casita is located off the front courtyard area and it has a queen size bed with new bedding, a TV, desk and a bathroom with a shower. This is a great option for couples or families that bring their grandparents or guests adding more privacy and comfort.
There is always a freshly cleaned BBQ located in the garage.
All linens and towels are included and are of the finest quality. This is a single family detached home located in a quiet subdivision of Entrada with only 6 homes.
Sand Point At Entrada shares an outdoor pool and hot tub directly across the street with the small community of Lava Falls totaling 20 homes.
We are located on the west side of St. George located just a few miles from Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn Center for the Performing Arts and only a mile from the award winning Canyons Softball Complex.
Our mecca of outdoor activities include world class mountain biking with top rated trails like Gooseberry Mesa and the JEM trail less than an hour away. Hiking at Snow Canyon State Park, Pioneer Park and Zion National Park (45 minutes away). We are always happy to share the "Secret Local Spots" with you.
Golf at any one or more of our local courses. Top rated Sand Hollow as well as Coral Canyon are less than a half an hour away. Sun Brook Golf Course is just down the road from us.

This was our second stay at this property. It is well laid out, quiet and clean. The only disappointment was the new housing development at the back of the property has taken away much of the view. Still love this property the location is close to everything.

This is a beautiful and very clean home in a private but convenient setting. The layout of the house and adjoining casita was perfect for us, with a nice combination of togetherness but privacy. The large kitchen was well stocked in every way for those who choose to cook. Two coffee makers are there, Keurig and traditional filter basket. The back patio was lovely and so nicely furnished, as was the entire house. There is a dining table on the patio, in the kitchen, and a formal dining set in the great room. The mattresses and linens were very comfortable. The St. George and Santa Clara areas are beautiful, and it is hoped they will retain their charm in spite of all the construction and expansion going on. We highly recommend nearby Harmon's upscale grocery store for everything, including fresh foods, prepared soups, and carryout ready-made options. Everyone in the shops and restaurants were very friendly. We definitely would return to this charming home on any future trip to the area.

Beautiful home and property. Extremely clean, well furnished with high end products, comfortable home with one exception (which I hate to report). The location was perfect for our purposes, and Santa Clara is a beautiful city very close to everything St George has to offer.
The kitchen was fully stocked, and a large variety of other items, such as coolers, were thoughtfully available for use.
Pool and hot tub were well maintained.
Here's the one exception, which I hope the owners will fix: the bed in the casita was too soft for two people. They end up taco'd together in the middle of the bed.
I am looking forward to staying here again.

Loved it! Clean, luxury features and linens, and great owners. We were here for our annual company meeting. We cooked many meals, worked, and “touristed”. It was perfect for all three purposes. Clear, easy to follow instructions, access to park your car in the garage, and the community pool (but we had it to ourselves both times we used it) is just across the street.
We felt a great energy here, enjoyed the views, and loved watching the afternoon thunderstorms from the patio. Two must dos: the e-bike ride through Snow Canyon (ask Lem about renting e-bikes) and a visit to Bryce Canyon. Superb! Have fun on your visit. You can’t go wrong here.

Negatives:
1. Online listing shows third bedroom with twin beds (and that is what was there when we stayed there on two other occasions) but now has a queen bed with a full bunk on top. The placement of the ladder to the bunk makes it very difficult to even get in the bottom bed. The queen mattress is very uncomfortable. Also, the bed/bunk arrangement means the nightstand lamp cannot be reached from either bed, which negates the point of a "bedside" lamp.
2. No TV in the third bedroom.
-All other areas of the house are very nicely furnished, comfortable, and pleasing. So, it's a real disappointment to have that bedroom be a downgrade in furnishings and comfort.

Look no further!
After looking at what felt like hundreds of properties to celebrate a family reunion and birthday, we discovered this fabulous home in a small community nestled inside fabulous lava fields. The view, the view, the view! It was absolutely breathtaking. You'll find yourself relaxing on the patio morning, noon, and night in the relaxing (and clean) outdoor furniture. But what really stole the show was the care, detail, and amenities of this home. High end appliances, linens, beautiful furniture, and comfortable beds. The casita was perfect for a little extra privacy and perfectly appointed. We were so sad to leave. Truly a home away from home. The ONLY constructive feedback we would give is the second bathroom shower head is a bit wonky and the drain is slow. I mean that is literally all we could find not perfect with this house. Book it now! Hurry!

Amazing time in Santa Clara!
We had a wonderful time. The property was clean and just as described. The only criticism was that there is no tv in the twin bed room. Saw two quails the first day. Second day we were introduced to their brood of 17 chicks!!! We had a truly amazing time.

The place we stayed was everything we needed...and more! The pictures on the website made the views look "photo-shopped" but they were very real! Better than expected
We came to st George to see if we would want to winter in the area. This property was great looking, well equipped, quiet and centrally located. Busy road but that wasn’t a huge drawback. Beautiful patio area that we sadly did not use due to the cold snap during our stay. Our friends used the casita. Easy process to rent. Thank you!!!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is clean and fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy time away. It was conveniently located near parks, walking and biking trails. We had a question with the lock and were able to make contact with the property manager quickly and resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend this property. The home and views were amazing!!

The casita room, with its own entrance, was perfect for our one adult son, who was getting into competition mode for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship (why we were in town). The kitchen is very well stocked with flatware; dinnerware; glasses; newer, high-end large appliances; several small appliances - even a cooler to use (we didn't, but...). Front-loading washer/dryer, too.Hike-and-bike trails all around; spectacular Snow Canyon State Park an easy four-mile drive away. Ten minutes to downtown St. George (don't overlook a few charming shops and a produce stand in even closer, small-but-historic Santa Clara). Two miles up the road to a fantastic Harmons grocery store.

This was the greatest experience ever! The home is clean and beautiful, the patio has an amazing view, the location was convenient and all amenities were as advertised. The master bed has an outstanding mattress with an adjustable frame for raising your head and/or legs. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The casita was fantastic as my teenage daughter could have her own space during downtime. This is a solid 5-star rental.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and nicely situation in a very scenic neighborhood--with beautiful red and black rocks/mountains right in the backyard.It's a nice bike ride to Snow Canyon State Park--gorgeous--and easy access to Bryce and Zion. I took the two hour drive to do the Buckskin Gulch hike and catch a glimpse of Horseshoe Bend.Some of the most beautiful and memorable hikes I've ever taken.I fell in the love with the region, and the amenities of the condo could not be beat. Perfect master bedroom with the most comfortable bed I've experienced yet. The full wall picture windows are amazing and look like a lighted aquarium at night.The backyard patio was our go-to spot for a glass of wine and long conversations at the end of each day with my sister and her spouse. The kitchen is high-end and very well equippedI will return. The only thing we recommend is a new mattress for the casita.
