l'appartamento necessita di una "rinfrescata": le pareti andrebbero tinteggiate, nella camera con due letti un'anta dell'armadio era staccata e poggiata in terra, il giroletto visibilmente danneggiato, un materasso impresentabile

Very pleasant stay in conveniently located flat

Hosts were very helpful with checking in and guiding through details of flat and property. Parking was excellent situation. All was as promoted. Definitely recommend.

Well located but needs a tidy up.

Open space living, washing machine, location.

Had to call owner for wifi info…no instructions left in the apartment? Ensuite bathroom not cleaned properly…rubbish on floor (dirty earbuds) from previous tenant. Walls were dirty…needs some repair and fresh coat of paint. No hair dryer. No salt/pepper/oil in kitchen as often found in all air bnb.

Good for location but not for comfort.

The apartment is located within walking distance of the Old town and the marina. There is a medium-sized supermarket just around the corner. There is a private garage space to park one's car.

The apartment is very plain. There is just one decoration on one wall in the hall - the rest of the walls in the property are blank, white walls. Done well this could be a minimalist house however here it comes across as austere with no personalisation. The sofa is adequate rather than comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics. The bed and bathroom, however, were comfortable.There is an outdoor area without a view.

Good review of spacious comfortable apartment.

The apartment looked exactly like the photos, very modern, spacious, comfortable and clean.

As there were 3 of us, another set of keys would have been useful.

Warm days before the winter

The location near Marina and Castello was excellent. It was also not too far from the stadio. The landlady was available all the time through whatsapp. There was also a garage for the car.

It was the first floor so the landscape was pretty dull from the windows.

The location was excellent 👌

The living area was very basic, no kettle or microwave in kitchen , could do with some more furnishings in the sitting area coffee table and cushions etc and more delph and cutlery in the kitchen . Patio area could be improved as well.

Close to Old Town. Easy to find. Great wife and shower. Parking on site. Would stay again.

It was very close to old town. It was easy to find. There was private parking which was a huge bonus. The wifi worked great and the shower was nice. We would stay there again.

AWESOME! SIMPLY BOOK!

Amazing apartment having all facilities, including a washing machine in a super location just 10 mins walk from Cagliari center. We also had a private garage to secure our parking for the car rented.

I would suggest taking some coffee with you especially when checking in late at night in order to have in the morning!

Clean, quiet, spacious and central place to stay.

Perhaps a one-off but it was a bit difficult contacting the property owners. However, once contacted everything was smooth. Wished there was a bit more 'basics' such as handsoap, handtowels, 1 or 2 extra toilet papers, salt/pepper/oil as these are typically things that one does not envision bringing on vacation and/or it would be a waste to buy basic cooking ingredients if only staying a few days. Simple things like the above add to the overall feel and comfort of a place. Lastly, some areas of the apartment needed to still be patched up (i.e. painting/small holes), so would be good to complete those for the next guests. TIP: remember to exit the parking lot first before locking the keys back in the apartment; made the mistake of locking the keys in the apartment and luckily one of the neighbors was able to help us exit the parking lot.
