Fijn verblijf met super behulpzaam personeel

Mooie kamer met prachtig zwembad. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Dichtbij pretpark/aquapark en dierentuin.

Bella esperienza

Molto carina, pulita e accogliente. Staff molto gentile La consiglio a tutti. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo intoppo per raggiungere la struttura ma niente di rilevante. Ringraziamo la Signora Pasqualina e sua sorella, per tutto. La signora Pasqualina molto gentile e disponibile La sorella (non ricordo il nome, chiedo scusa) gentilissima ci ha accompagnato fino all’ingresso del parco. Veramente soddisfatta, il giorno che tornerò da quelle parti, andrò esclusivamente da loro.

Abbiamo raggiunto la struttura a piedi, circa 2,6km da Mirabilandia, poiché quel giorno non è stato possibile di usufruire del passaggio, quindi non è stato il massimo dopo essere stati tutto il giorno al parco(Mirabilandia), poiché ero in compagnia di 4 ragazzi 😅. Io però poiché adoro camminare ho apprezzato la passeggiata fino alla struttura, immersa nella splendida natura, campi di girasoli 🌻 bellissimi. Il giorno dopo però sono stati molto gentili e cordiali, siamo stati accompagnati fino all’ingresso del parco.

Comfortable stay, everything was fine or great. Breakfast cakes were delicious too.

Easy fast check in, clean, near Mirabilandia!

Think the duvet could have been thicker as it was a bit too thin for me.

Bellissima

La struttura é bellissima, moderna, piena di servizi, fra piscina, colazione, servizio bar, pibg pong, una zona giochi per i bambini. Ci siamo sentite subito accolte, lei é gentilissima e molto dolce, siamo arrivate preciso quando stava finendo di cuocere un dolce per la colazione! La camera é semplice e non manca di nulla, letto comodissimo, cuscini anche. Sopra il tavolino anche un bollitore, due tazze e molte tisane per allietare la notte degli insonni. Anche la posizione é perfetta sia per ravenna, sono circa 17 minuti in macchina che soprattutto per mirabilandia, nemmeno 3 minuti. É stato bellissimo! Grazie!

Spazi esterni ed interni. La proprietaria squisita e super accogliente. Fa sentire i clienti come se fossero a casa sua!

Senza ombra di dubbio, eccezionale..

E' un piacere lasciare una recensione per una struttura cosi. Nuovissima e pulita. Anche sforzandomi non riuscirei a trovare qualcosa da migliore. Uno dei pochi che ha capito che l'affitto non è una entrata " automatica " piuttosto un lavoro che necessita di tempo e dedizione per tenere tutto organizzato e sopratutto pulito! Bravi

É un bel posto da sfruttare in primavera! Bello ed accogliente! 👋

L’ambiente esterno é molto accogliente. La camera é confortevole e accessoriata. Il complesso ha parcheggi ed esterni accessibili con giardino e annesso parco giochi e pergola. Peccato che in inverno non é sfruttabile. Torneremo in un periodo dell’anno dove si potrà godere del sole all’esterno!

Soggiorno FANTASTICO DA 10 e lode

Della struttura mi è piaciuto TUTTO. Posizione geografica ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi posto (in macchina ovviamente) in quanto il beb è situato in una bellissima pianura con prati verdi enormi è bellissimi. Struttura dotata di piscina bellissima con servizi gratuiti( ombrellone lettini). Un prato bellissimo curato e giochi per bambini, tavolo da Ping pong, animaletti simpaticissimi. Pulizia super. Grazia Gentilezza della proprietaria che ci ha preparato la colazione (cornetti caldi, ciambelle, biscotti ecc ecc)ogni mattina pronta a esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. Insomma siamo state BENISSIMO 10 E LODE. Ps. Anche joy il nostro cane si è divertita a correre nel prato ed ha avuto anche lei una bellissima accoglienza dalla signora. Complimenti per tutto❤️

At breakfast there is good food however it is not always everything available, depends when you come to breakfast.

Nice breakfast, the pool was nice. Room very comfortable and clean.

Walls between the rooms were a bit thin so you can hear your neighbours clearly. Also a sign from the road would be useful as we were a bit confused that we were at the right place.

A truly wonderful stay for my family (really) near Mirabilandia.

This was our second visit and I can only confirm things from my first review. Wonderful host, location close to Mirabilandia, clean and comfortable appartment and a superb breakfast, all my family could wish for. We are definitely coming back!

As well as the first time, we noticed that the walls were pretty thin, so if you are a light sleeper, pack your ear plugs, you can hear pretty much everything from the apartments next door. A car is almost a must, you are close to everything, but some sort of a ride is necessary (there are bikes available, if you may need some). The (wonderful) host speaks only Italian, so bring your Google translator to be sure, but there is almost nothing you cant solve with a smile and a bit of arms-and-legs negotiations.

Friendly apartment close to Ravenna

Madam Pasqua was very friendly. She speaks no english, but we managed somehow to understand each other. Apartment was comfortable, breakfast is good.

It is in the middle of nowhere, no shops or restaurant near by.

Very good

The rooms are big and good equipped. Beds ar comfy.

We arrived late and could not find the reception. The walls are without any noise isolation, so fingers crossed you have quiet neighbors.

Exceptional staff and facility

The owner Pasqualina was amazing, she was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She was also very kind and gave us a ride to the station and to the theme park. The swimming pool is very beautiful and breakfast is very good!

Good stay !

I recommend staying in this place :) The owners are very nice and helpful, the facility is well-kept, clean and nicely decorated. There is a nice swimming pool on site that will allow you to cool off on hot days.
