Tranquilité et service

L'accueil est magnifique. Nous avons été traités comme des rois. Disponibilité et service ua top. D'ailleurs, nous passons à chaque fois que nous soyons sur place. Nous recommandons cet établissement vivement.

khaled is very cooperative person. and he is tourist guide.

Séjour de 2 jours à Marrakech médina, médersa, jardin Majorelle, palais Bahia

L’emplacement est à l’écart de la médina , malgré un bric à brac permanent le calme, le petit-déjeuner, la possibilité de prendre le repas du soir sur demande

La douche qui se trouve juste devant les toilettes. Une fois que l’on a pris sa douche pour aller aux toilette le sol est mouillé

Tout était top, apparemment propre, confortable. Quartier calme et pas très loin du centre en voiture. Mention spécial pour le petit jeune qui s’est occupé du check in et Check out. Très gentil et au serviable 👍

No te dan la llave de entrada, siempre tienes que tocar el timbre para que te abran la puerta principal. Hay escaleras, en ningun lado ponia que seria en un segundo piso. Ellos tienen para comer y tal, pero es un poco caro.

Muy nuevo y limpio. Anfitriones muy acogedores. Han sido muy simpaticos y nos han ayudado con los traslados al centro y al aeropuerto.

Not recommend

The bathroom smells. There is no towel and no hand gel. There is one leftover soup from previous stays which was appalling. The bed sheets don't seem have been freshly washed. The pillow cases left in the boxes smells and had hairs from previous guests.

It has been a fantastic week staying there.

Quite a lovely apartment, no problem at all. I enjoy relaxing, and I like when they give us free WiFi.

None. Just need to improve for air conditioning.

Cannot complain at all

The people were very nice and accommodating. The location is good. You can take a bus to the square quite easily. Price is also very very good

You need to ring the door before they open it for you.

It was brilliant the staff were very cooperative and kind, and were always happy to help. They were welcoming and were always there to help. They were very helpful and told us everything we needed to know on our stay where to go what was the most family fun and even the pricing for everything(super helpful.) Thank you so much Khalid and his family we really felt like we where home! Highly recommended.

20 minutes away from the medina by bus so if you stay till late at the medina you have to pay for a taxi as the buses stop at 9pm.

Best Morrocan experience

The most authentic Morocco experience you can get in Marrakesh!! The owners are so unbelievably friendly. Everything they do comes straight from the heart!! They welcoming nature is to do everything to make your stay a really good experience. Khalid will offer your the best food u will have in Morocco. His wife is a chef and cooks it by herself. Take the food, you will not regret it. Thank you guys for being so wonderful people - Zack we see you in Germany for your studies ;) We were staying at this place for two nights. The apartment is exactly what you can see in the pictures. It is all very clean, it takes 10 minutes by car(taxi) to go to the city, so the location is good. Best regards from 5 very pleased customers/ friends :)

The food from host is probably best in marrakech, They are very friendly family and highly recommended to have home cooked food with them. You cannot go wrong with it. Khalid and his family are fantastic hosts.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and helpful, lives downstairs, so no issues with the access. There is a parking lot in front of the building. Since it is located few km from Medina, would recommend it to people who have a car or feel comfortable commuting with taxis.

Best location if you traveling from airport which is 11min. Nice place if you traveling with family. Host is staying in same building with his family. Host can give all the local information plus he is also a tourist guide. Overall is great place to stay.
