Décevant

Les animateurs était très investie , ils mettent beaucoup d’ambiance.

L’accueil vraiment catastrophique , le Mr vraiment il n’a pas sa place c’est une honte de recevoir sans un sourire ni bonjour , lorsque je réclame quelque chose il ignore , honte vraiment très déçu , nous sommes partis , il m’a arracher les cartes des mains , ni au revoir , ni demander si tout c’est bien passer. Je ne recommande pas vraiment l’accueil est l’image de l’établissement . Je ne reviendrais plus et je ne recommande pas encore une fois . Aussi les chambres pas nettoyer , à force je me suis mise à nettoyer moi même , honte à vous . Il faut vraiment revoir le personnel de l’établissement . Hors animateurs o top heureusement d’ailleurs qu’ils était là sinon se serait le ko total .

Je reviendrais si possible à l’occasion

J’ai vraiment tout aimé un coup de cœur pour le personnel de l’accueil et les portiers très chaleureux.

Les femmes de chambre étaient très gentilles mais trop de passage pour la chambre chaque jour et surtout au moment de la sieste.

Super !

Merci au voiturier de soirée qui a fait le maximum pour nous trouver une bonne place de parking. Le personnel de piscine était très serviable. La réceptionniste souriante et à l'écoute. Les femmes de ménage sont très compétentes. Le calme et la propreté ++

Pas assez d'ustensiles de cuisine. Il faudrait un voilage sous le rideau pour éviter de devoir fermer le rideau pour se changer. Appartement très petit et pas assez lumineux.

Bad WiFi and room not as per photos!.

Badic amenities for a apart hotel set up.

WiFi connections keeps dropping. Made complaints but the staff only asked us to Forget and reconnect again with Gmail. Room not as per photo. We booked for 4 persons- description was 1 full bed and 2 sofa bed but when we went to the room, there were only 1 sofa bed. The thing is only 3 of us checked in so when I enquire about the other sofa bed they say that they can bring it up for us but frankly there's no space to walk if we did that. Toilet not as per photo too.

Un grand merci au Personnel.

Personnel accueillant, chaleureux et à l'écoute, je cite Loubna, Wafa, Atika, Ahmed et surtout Amal à la réception.

Le canapé n' est pas confortable du tout que ce soit pour s'asseoir dessus ou pour l'utiliser comme lit.

Réceptionniste sympathique mais appart-hotel à remettre à neuf

Le seul point positif de ce séjour a été l’amabilité et le sourire du réceptionniste Yassir et l’odeur de la fleur d’oranger qui fut agréable à la réception

Tout d’abord l’odeur de notre chambre à notre arrivée (odeur de cigarette et ). Le réceptionniste a bien voulu nous changer de chambre mais mon frère a dû insister car soi-disant c’était la dernière de disponible. Ensuite nous avons trouvé deux cafards dans notre nouvelle chambre avec une odeur de remontée d’égouts qui a duré tous le séjour. La chambre donnait également sur le grand boulevard avec le bruit de voitures et scooters, très mal insonorisé. Bref je ne conseille pas plus que ça cet appart-hotel.

unorganised hotel

lots of taxis outside so easy to get places. Also nice building and clean.

From when we arrived our room was missing 1 sofa bed. After us asking multiple times they finally bought the sofa bed up at around 11pm. All mattresses very hard and uncomfortable. After our first day the cleaners took our towels to clean them and didn’t replace them until the next day. We were constantly short on towels and had to practically beg reception to bring up more which they would always say they didn’t have enough and ours are in the washing machine. Apart from one nice girl with black hair at reception the other staff were not very helpful at all with the towels and told us “they were not equipped for 6 people” however i booked for 6 people? Spa also were booked out so i couldn’t get a foot massage. On our last night they charged us 100 dirhams for a “damaged towel” however my arabic was not strong enough to explain the damaged towel was mine not the hotels, (the towel which was in my suitcase) so clearly the cleaner had been through my bags. Also tried to tell me i hadn’t paid city tax which i paid on my first day upon check in. Overall i think hotel is very unorganised however most of the staff were nice and location wasn’t bad. Only 2 mirrors one in bathroom and one in sitting room so not ideal for 6 people, but if only 2-4 i think it would be an okay stay.

Family friendly but overpriced

The pool was good as we travelled with children. The lobby also is nice to hang out. The room had a good size

It wasn’t very clean when we arrived and one had to chaise down the staff to get towels or toilet paper

We really enjoyed the stay !!! the room was very clean,delicious buffet, soft bed in a peaceful environment and area. I would like to thank the Director for offering me his appart a very pragmatic guy in solving issues. the smiling practical receptionist Najoua and her team👏🏽 and the room cleaner Mariam 😊

The staff were friendly. Location was good.

Would appreciate if I was told, renovation will be going on during the time of my stay. Floors and walls in the bathroom could do with some thorough cleaning. No pots, no pans. Only plates and cutlery for the kitchen. I had to buy my own pot to cook. The fridge freezer was dirty and even the plates. I had to clean myself. The microwave was clean.

Quiet western style hotel in city outskirts

The check in was very smooth by friendly staff who were receptive - at first my room was missing a TV remote and they fetched a new one pretty quick. The restaurant Tagine was of a good standard and the pool and the gardens looked like they do on the photos. It was quiet and relaxing. The rooms were fairly modern and the shower was good an warm. The aircon worked well and the TV had a good number of foreign language channels, Moroccan, French, German. The room was quiet while we were there for two nights. Wifi was excellent strength.

For an apartment I'd expect a few more cooking utensils and perhaps salt, pepper and some spices for seasoning. There was a kitchen with a working hob, microwave and sink - but there were no kitchen cleaning products. I usually clean up when I stay in apartments and leave the place as I found it and this was not possible. I think a better description of the place would be a hotel without the facilities of the hotel across the road (Wazo hotel). Owner needs to research what is expected of a modern apartment stay - because this was a hotel room, with a kitchen attached. I paid for a room with two sofa beds and a double bed. The room only had one sofa bed and no sheets for its use. Finally some of the tiles could do with a deep clean as mildew is building up - could be cleared up in 5 minutes with a mold and mildew spray. I found one cockroach, not a big issue for me but worth keeping on top of.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay

Facilities are great, (can share between both hotels), staff are excellent, very helpful and the ambience is exceptional, very comfortable

Location is a fair distance from the centre of town, plus the dining costs in the hotel were a little expensive

Fun and Amazing and would definitely be back.

The property was very clean, serene, quiet and accessible. The staffs especially Mr Adel and the lady at the reception were lovely and helpful. There is also a shop that has almost everything you need just beside it and a Cash dispenser next to the hotel. Would recommend it for family and group trips.
