This home has everything you are looking for! Super comfortable and quiet location, but close access to all of the major highways. There are tons of events happening within a short distance, including Boots in the Park, Tunnel to Towers 5k, Pat Benatar concert, all kinds of concerts, football games, and conventions all within less than a 15 minute drive. You will feel right at home. Comfy king size bed in the master bedroom with full bath/shower and double vanity, walk-in closet, make-up vanity and tons of room for getting ready. Large wall mounted smart TV. Two additional bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds, large closets and full bathroom. Updated and fully stocked kitchen with granite counter-tops open to the dining area, with sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio. Enjoy your coffee or meals, poolside. Enjoy delicious pink grapefruits every morning if you choose, fresh off the tree in backyard.

The home was very clean and inviting! Perfect for a small family! Dawn kept in great communication with me the entire time we were there. I would definitely stay here again!

Quiet neighborhood, lovely pool! Easy access around area. Like having my family stay together at 1 location.
Sheets in one room were very stained, tub was dirty, things not wiped down, said to clean frig at checkout but food all in frig when arrived. Disappointed in cleanliness.
Owner was responsive.

Property was exactly as described. Dawn was wonderful to communicate with and we had everything we needed during our stay. The pool was warm and wonderful and the kids had a blast swimming! The beds were comfortable and the location was great. Awesome park right down the street and close to shopping and restaurants!

Property was perfect for our stay! Traveled for a baseball tournament all over the area as well as MLB Spring Training games. House was even better than expected and had everything we could possibly want or need. The set up was perfect, and we loved the pool. It was 15-20 minutes to most fields and stadiums and it was the perfect base for our adventures. Close to Scottsdale, Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, et., all which have great sights to see, restaurants and activities. Proximity to the grocery store was also appreciated. Again, just a great house, pool, and comfortable home-away-from-home set up and an incredibly kind and communicative host. Would definitely stay here again and certainly recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

This home was a great place to getaway from cold and snow for the month of February! The house had everything we needed to cook, grill, do laundry, eat outside by the beautiful pool or inside. Beds and other furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. The house was in a great location with grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping near by. Sloan Field is less than 3 miles away which was great for watching spring training practices and games. There were many hiking trails and golf courses within 30 miles. Communication with home manager was excellent! We highly recommend this house!

This was our family's second time staying at this property. Dawn, as always, was a wonderful Host and the house was perfect. It was a "hot one" this year and the pool did not fail. We spent 90% of our time on the patio and in the pool. If we are back in Tempe we will stay with Dawn. Thanks so much!!

This house was clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood, park within walking distance. Very centrally located to many attractions in the Phoenix area. We enjoyed the pool everyday and were glad to have the heated option for it as well!!

The house had plenty of room and was in a nice neighborhood. It has a beautiful backyard and pool. We loved the grapefruit tree. They were delicious! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with if we had any questions and got back to us very quickly. We would definitely stay at this house again!

We really appreciated the large dining area, and space in the house. It's very comfortable. The neighborhood has easy access to the 101 and US60, so we didn't spend our whole visit getting somewhere. Too cold for pool, but lovely yard.

From booking to check-out, everything regarding this property was smooth and easy. The home was large and spacious, extremely clean, and perfect for entertaining friends and family over the holidays. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, centrally located and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Owner communicated regularly and was always available for questions. Highly recommend this gorgeous, comfy, spacious home and will likely stay again!

This was our first experience using VRBO, and Dawn went above and beyond to make our experience an AMAZING one! The place was in a great location close to everything. Dawn was great at communicating with us during the entire process and during our stay! We hadn’t seen our Grandson for 3 years since he graduated high school and spread his wings! I missed him so much! We were going to stay in motel for a couple days, but then found out my daughter and fiancé were going to be there for a couple days too. My Grandson always loved my cooking and we love to cook! So decided to look for a house. This was perfect! 3 miles from my grandson’s apartment, so it was close to his job! The most supplied and spacious kitchen we have been in! We brought most of our own things but wouldn’t of had to! The patio off the kitchen is perfect! You can work in the kitchen and not miss out on any fun! We had lots of laughs and made more precious memories at the tables and sitting in the sun by the pool! And the grapefruit!! Yuuuuuum!!! The bedrooms and baths are set up perfect at each end of the house perfectly. The house was nice and clean and cheery when we unlocked the door and walked in! I loved the landscaping with the palms! Of course we don’t see that in Arkansas or Iowa! Dawn was excellent to work with and we got to get in earlier when we arrived! Every extra hour spent was special with my family! It felt like old times at our home for the 5 days we were there and we were all together!! I had lots of tears when we left (I could actually feel my 21 year old grandson shedding some tears too as I was squeezing him tightly) saying good bye! On the happy side….things went so well, we are hoping to stay here again and not wait so long!!!

Perfect relaxation spot
Dawn’s place was welcoming, complete with amenities , and perfect for us to get away from the cold and snow for a few days! The bedrooms and beds were roomy and comfortable, the pool and backyard were great, and Dawn was very easy to communicate with.
It’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to stores and the highway.

Ease for ASU!
Made a girls weekend out of my daughters college tour at ASU. The home is very clean, well appointed (even had a portable cooler for an easy day of hiking!). The beds are super comfy and the home was decorated in lovely colors and linens. Area is quiet, close drive to everywhere we needed to go. The pool was clean too!
