Don't stay here as the staffs were really not cooperative and so individualism!

Only the room

The front office staff was extremely rude and completely uncooperative. They refused to offer even the smallest help when we asked for anything. When we asked for a general or public place in the hotel to charge our phone, they immediately said no and refused. The checkout time is very early, at 10 AM, and it's non-negotiable. They firmly rejected any requests for a later checkout. They didn't even try to understand our English. Additionally, if you want to leave your baggage for a while, there is an extra charge. Overall, the staff was very difficult to communicate and negotiate with. They were all very individualistic and unhelpful.

Ужасный запах.

Постоянный запах канализации в комнате и в ванной. К этому так же добавляется постоянный запах горелого масла и канализации с улицы. Все это перечеркивает положительные стороны отеля.

Ottima scelta!

Ottima struttura, molto pulita e accogliente. Posizione comoda per chi utilizza i pass ferroviari turistici Jr, essendo vicino ad una stazione, ma fuori dai quartieri troppo frequentati.

Dovrebbero avere più lavatrici. Sono molto utilizzate e forse per un hotel così grande, il numero non è sufficiente.

通勤很方便旁邊就有車站，日本三大超商都在附近真的很方便，旁邊還有計程車招呼站好讚

房間很乾淨很溫馨的感覺樓下還有泡澡鹽還有早餐可以吃

沒有冷氣只有暖氣跟送風

Exceptional

It's easy to get to places because it's right by the station and getting to universal studios was really easy! Also there is a convenience store right next to the hotel so making midnight snack runs really convenient. The staff were really really nice and accommodating There was also free breakfast which I didn't partake in but was surprised it was included.

We liked everything about this hotel. Our room was very clean, modern and spacious, all the amenities were available at the reception. There was also free coffee and bread for breakfast. Staff were very friendly too, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing to get excited about. Basic hotel whose quality matches its price.

-No decent restaurants nearby. Only Izakayas. -AC is placed directly above bed and the air blows straight into your face when you sleep. -WIFI is unusable.

Exceptional

The staff all are very friendly and helpful. I left something in the room, I contacted them about it and managed to collect the item back without any problems. The hotel also very near to the station and easy to spot. I will stay at this hotel again if I come back to Osaka.

very close to bentencho station and there’s convenient store just around the corner. the Izakaya near by was so good! breakfast option was interesting. bread and drinks, instant soup

One of my best stays at a budget hotel in Japan, and I’ve stayed a lot of places!

Nice location for getting to both Kaiyukan Aquarium and the Tennoji Zoo. Staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean and bigger than you might expect for the price. For what you pay, you can’t beat this hotel.

the towels had a slightly strange smell to me, but none of my family who were traveling with me noticed, so perhaps it was just my imagination.
