Had high hopes for the place, but got disappointed (few good things but too many not so good)
Location is good, the covered garage is great for winter, the place is spacious. Given roads were closed on our checkout day, we were allowed a late checkout until roads opened (given nobody would be able to arrive anyway, including the cleaners). The place is ski-in (but not really ski-out). Had a few TVs all with Rokus, which was convenient. Cute fireplace.
Non flexible cancellation policy (we were forced to come during the blizzard or lose the full payment, even when I suggested I'd come on any other unbooked dates in the next two years - I was told we'd be ensured a safe stay - the problem is it was impossible to get to / get out of Mammoth in the blizzard). Hot water in this place runs out in less than 5 mins (one person barely took a shower and already had cold water) You can hear people from other apartments. The complex is located on a hill up - with all the snow there was a regular snow cleanup, but no sand / treatment of the hill, so it's a pure ice rink heading down - even with snow chains on hard to get out, almost had an accident driving out since you can't stop and just roll down the hill (on a 4wd with snow chains) Apparently there's a new CA law that doesn't allow small toiletries, so we had probably one last supply and only in one bathroom - which is ok, I just need to know and get the supplies as I don't expect that we wouldn't have soap / basic toiletries when we arrive.

Overall, it was disappointing.
Really great pool area, water is nice. We had a garage spot to park our car, which was nice as well.
The condominium seemed very old and weary. The hallways are very dark and it seems eerie almost. The Mammoth and Ski Racquet 132 was on the 3rd floor, which I did not know. It was incredibly difficult to make multiple trips up and down with my family and get everything settled. The “vacation home” was smaller than expected. It seemed that under some furniture it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned because I spotted a sock that wasn’t ours as well as a dirty disposable face mask. Also! The home did not have A/C and it was very hot overnight. The beds are also uncomfortable.

The place was nice. I would stay again, if it wasn't for the 3 flights of stairs.
Pet-friendly, spacious, high-ceiling living room, warm (during Winter), pretty view, clean/neat.
Three flights of stairs, no elevator, hot water for showering is on for a very short time at a time.

Good
I don't know anything about a breakfast. Location was good and plenty of room for the 6 of use.
I did not know it was three flights of stairs before you get to the condo door. Carrying our belongings, with an infant was very difficult. You should let customers know that the stairs getting into the condo building. The spay tub was green, so we didn't use it.

Good
Location was great
They didn’t have a parking pass for us at the office. We couldn’t get Wi-Fi as the Wi-Fi address wouldn’t show up. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. The batteries were dead in the fireplace remote.

Pleasant
The Location, we were close to everything. The place was super clean and had a lot of space to rest. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
TOO MANY STAIRS... our visit was with several elderly people and climbing so many steps was very difficult for them, some mattresses need replacing it was a bit difficult to rest on them a place not recommended if you bring older people.

We all had a great time, very beautiful and comfortable once you caught your breath from all the sta
Good location, very clean, well equipped with linens and in the kitchen.
Way too many stairs to climb especially in the altitude. Elevator would have been nice. It’s about 3-4 stories high

Very good
Comfy beds. It had everything you need in the kitchen. It was nice the balcony and windows faced the hill side wilderness. There was plenty of parking.
It’s much smaller than the photos make it look. It was also advertised as a 3 bedroom , 3 bathroom unit; in actuality it’s a 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath with a loft.
