Great location in the center of town

This place needs a major remodel. Laminate flooring was peeling up in the room, foul smells would come and go, paint in shower was peeling, hallway floor has major obvious stains. It felt like the heater is constantly running and had to keep the window open when it’s facing the main road.

it has a good location, breakfast was ok.

Our room had no A/C, it had two small fans that doesn’t help to cool down the room, feels like no insulation or very poor insulation, the vinyl off the floor was peeling off and the floor was uneven, you might say you’ll get what you pay for, but wasn’t cheap either.

Worst room I have ever stayed in. $250 a night is what they should have paid me. No "Quality" Inn.

Good Breakfast. Staff was friendly. Nice parking garage.

Room was awful. The flooring was coming apart so they put tape on all warped boards. The walls in the bathroom were blistered and crumbling. No AC, just a funky fan.

I was expecting a Quality stay at a reasonable price, but this location didn't live up to the brand.

Convenient location in Mammoth. Small but very good continental breakfast. Maybe the best bacon I've ever eaten! How do they make it so thin and crunchy?

We had two rooms and both were badly in need of renovation. In one room, the window was boarded up! In the other room, the floor boards were loose and created a trip hazard. And, the bathroom walls had bad water damage.

Short visit in this pretty town.

We only spent one night here as we were on a road trip. The staff was very nice and friendly, bed was comfy, the town is very pretty.

Paper-thin walls. We could hear people speaking in the room next to us, as well as their tv and everything.

the staf is courteous, except for one girl. She always look miserable. but Quality should be removed from the name.

easy access to transportation to & from the slopes.

blood on wall and portable heater. laminate floors were lifting. I had to wear shoes. The occupants in the next room were partaking in a sex act and was very loud. I could hear EVeRYtHInG. Oh and the carpet in the hallways is filthy.

I really can't say enough about my stay, it was wonderful, friendly staff, delicious breakfast!

The breakfast was over the top! The room was wonderful with awesome additions of a refrigerator and microwave. One slight problem the refrigerator froze everything. The location is excellent, just a short drive, or the option of the bus stop across the street to the ski resort. The hot tub was enjoyable, after skiing and it was never crowded. The underground parking was an added bonus; no shoveling of snow required.

Leaving, I really enjoyed my stay! I look forward to returning!

Disappointing

We were originally assigned a room that had been damaged by the massive snow storms. As soon as another room was available, the staff moved us.

We were originally assigned a room that was damaged by the big snow storms. The window was boarded up. The room was very dark and there was water underneath the floors which seeped up when you stepped on a wet area. It was quite unpleasant. Also, there were non-functioning plug outlets in the second room.

we talked to them before about having a bottom floor and the assured us we would have one but then when we checked in they didn’t have any open and the elevator was broken.

Very old fashioned place, no refurbishing for a long time. Very expensive rooms, far too much for the quality offered.

Exceptional

Welcoming staff, good access to restaurants and pretty area. Room was very clean. This is a very popular area. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Be aware there are bears nearby. Wasn't an issue for us. We live where there is lots of wildlife. Glad that they informed us though. If you had kids or pets along you definitely would appreciate the heads up!

More options available for same price, more cleanliness required may improve business.

Breakfast place need to cleaned up timely, rooms should be little extra cleaned as there was lot of dust in air. Coffee machine is placed in bathroom, never imagined that and skipped my coffee.

i would not recomend this hotel to anyone

the first impression of parking in a dinjy dark parking under the building felt very unsafe for my vehicle plus the manager said we are not responsible for items left in car tells me no security at all, plus SARAH DIAZ manager told me the rate was $189 and i was charged $249 for second night plus no AC in room and was 103 degrees outside and stayed up all night trying to cool off but when i checked out was not offered any discount and the person at desk SERGE told me he will refund $60 for second night but it was overcharged but recived no discount for air conditioning, very bad need at least half off my rate
