Very good

The friendly staff, who spoke good English all the times and were ready to help, that was very nice. Also the breakfast was good, with a surprisingly vast variety of items in the buffet.

For that price we thought the rooms would be bit bigger, and when booking we didn't realise how close it is to the highway, so there won't be anything in the walking distance

Very nice big room with a bath (separate from shower) and comfortable bed. Good value for the price we paid.

A nice hotel over all

Breakfast was good, for the price paid there was not enough milk portions in the room.

Flashing blue light on coffee machine, couldn’t reach to unplug it so covered with a towel

Enjoyed the stay in this hotel while I was watching UEFA Nations League finals

Location was great, a bit far from the city center but if you take the train then it's really close. The staff was helpful, while the rooms were extremely huge and modern.

Five Star Hotel.

Five star hotel. Very friendly and professional staffs. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food choices, I loved the omelette . Room was big and bed was very comfy. Wifi speed was more than enough. Reception area is huge and plenty of parking space.

Nothing actually, we didnt like the check in process, they should rate this hotel 2 star not 4🤣

Upon checking in the guy in the reception who was on duty on 1st January 2023 at 11:00 was like telling us my computer is restarting instead of greeting us. He gave us a room that is dirty, so we need to go down again to ask them what happened. The reception gave us a new room, and again the room doesnt have hot water in wc, so we need to change the room again. The room that they gave us doesnt have ipad and we love to do room service, the reception is being difficult when I ask for one she was like it should be there but it wasn’t, how come they don’t check this upon giving us the room.

Very good

Loved the sunshine coming through the wall to wall windows on the top floor. Staff was very considerate and kind, we were asked if we would want anything more before they started packing up the breakfast buffet.

Don't understand why the cleaning staff didn't take away the empty bottles of water and wine, but leaft fresh replacements of all.

Requested a bottle of water during the night but was advised to drink tap water as the kitchen was closed! No complimentary water on arrival and slippers. The property team didn't reply to any of my emails prior to arrival.

Nice but small details missing made for a frustrating stay.

Size of room was great. Staff were helpful and the bar was nice – particularly helpful was food served until 23:00.

I couldn’t order room service using the tablet in the room. Maybe I could have but it was very difficult to use. The coffee machine in the room was a challenge to turn on. Some instructions would have been a great help. The drinks machine on the foyer wasn’t working; Irritating when I was desperate for a cold can of coke! The air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to do anything… Finally, I never received an email receipt of my stay so I now have to chase the hotel for this. Little things but all together they made a disappointing stay.

Great hotel and close to our office.

Huge bed, free minibar, size of the room and bathroom. Great breakfast Free parking Nice big TV

Room smelled like someone had been smoking. Every time I entered the room, and the bathroom. The last morning no yogurt at breakfast. Minibar only contained drinks some nuts or something like that would make it perfect.. TV Stations are very limited with many channels not showing anything. Couldn't put the Bar bill on my room, even though I made a CC guarantee. A waitress went to check and did not come back for about 10 minutes, in the end my colleague paid.....
