Schoon maar wel wat tekortkomingen

Het personeel.was heel vriendelijk. De kamer was netjes en ook het beddegoed en de douche.

Een bed waren de poten onderuit in het midden, daar hadden ze een houten lat tegen aangespijkerd maar die zat los. Een rekje in de douche zou ook wel handig zijn.

Terrible experience. Psychos run this place. They'll take your money and put you out on the street

I booked before midnight. They explained to me that any bookings that are before midnight are accepted so that you can get a room anytime that night with their 24-hour reception. However, the woman working there confessed that they had turned off their computers earlier than midnight, so much earlier such that they had not received my booking. She then refused to turn on the computers and refused to call the manager and refused me a room. But of course, they had already accepted my money. So I threatened to press charges, suggested i might call the police. She beat me to it. The police were very civil and understanding actually. I have not seen any refund nor any responses from my correspondence with them.

Very poor

I traveled with my family and ordered 1 room with 1 extra bed for my children. At the hotel they said we can't do a extra bed so I must pay for another room and had to sleep in another room and not with my family.

Its a shame for booking.com and also the hotel that I had to pay 2 as much and did not stay with my family in 1 room. Hope booking.com will look what went wrong and I can have my money back for the second room!!!

Too pricey for the conditions offered

nothing to report, maybe the location was ok

The beds and pillows were very bad, very uncomfortable. Also the cleaning was not the best, we found hair in the shower. the room was very dusty, when I woke up my phone screen was cover in dust. The cleaning lady ignored me saying we were still in the bedroom in the morning and came in the bedroom opening the door. Overall the experience was bad.

Free parking. Helpful Staff.

Bar closed 11.30pm. Damn expensive rates during expo. Not worth the money. Ps. Too soft beds imho.

staff was very friendly and gave us all a drink coupon upon arrival

was a bit slow on the response to get back in through the gate at night, but at least it is safe for a car.

Very clean and friendly accomadation

Very cold radiators took nearly 4 hrs to heat up and when finally did was warm for a couple of hours before I had to get up so was cold all night

Worst hotel

I had arrived at this hotel at my chosen check in time, when i had arrived upon arrival the man was rudely shouting saying he doesnt have my booking I told him to talk quietly as i was very tired and it was late and i had family. He kept saying to me it isnt his problem I had paid for my booking as well and i will be fighting for a full refund even if it takes me forever, because the service i had received from this hotel was the worst ive ever received in any country. I really dont think ill be visiting rotterdam again in my life. I asked the guy to help me with a room and he said he cant he told me to pay, i told him i have a booking paid for, there was two other rooms which people didnt check in i told him to give me that he said hes full. He just kept lying to me again and again. Eventually we just slept in the car in the car park.

A not so cheap contractors hotel, hence ..............

Spacious comfortable room with comfy bed. Main restaurant food was limited but OK. Happy-go-lucky staff.

Noisey fridge in the room. Communal stairs and corridors were left the entire week uncleaned, and the carpets were worn and torn in places. Entrance area covered with cigarette butts. Breakfast was an extortionate 15 EURO. Room rate varies from 74 to 144 EURO per night depending on the nights you stay. In general, the hotel looked and felt very tired and old. Could not get a proper invoice until after I checked out, even though I had paid in full - no reason given other than it was their system! No public transport nearby.

Once, but never again

- Breakfast was quite ok, but basic and the Double Bastion Burger was really good - Parking space is ok

- Sink was clogged from day one to day 9 of my stay, even though I brought it up to the reception staff every morning. - Room was not clean, floor was dirty and often sticky all through the hotel. I found napkins on the floor immediately after check-in and some socks near the bed. - Tables from the restaurant were often sticky. - The ashtray outside always had a pile of cigarettes on it and the stairs had cigarettes all over them. - WiFi is a bad joke, there were many times when I was unable to do something as simple as sending an e-mail - They ran out of shower gel, luckily I brought my own - Main gate door was broken and probably still is and you need to use the car entrance. You need to call, of course - Guy from the restaurant asked if I wanted my food delivered to my room and I said yes, then some girl calls in my room and says they don't do service, but I saw them going upstairs with food to other rooms - Often there was a strong smell of weed in the evening, I know this is the Netherlands, but I was not expecting that - Staff is not friendly, I met two or three that were OK, but the rest are just rude, especially if you dare to mention a problem
