Except for the room being next to the lift it was good

I would probably come back to stay there again

I didn’t like that fact that my room was near or next to the lift and everytime the lift moved I was disturbed I didn’t get a good sleep at all.

Not a 4* experience

Friendly staff, close proximity to V&A Waterfront, Decent variety breakfast buffet

Small room, not properly cleaned - A total of 8 hairs of DIFFERENT colors found in the bathroom. Powder and frills on carpet showing it had not been vacumed. No power outlet next to bed. No "view of mountain" as described in "Room Details". Extremely noisy area with drunk people outside waking me up at 3AM

Aangenaam verblijf

Het onbijtbuffet was heel gevarieerd. Elke dag kon je wel een ander ontbijt samenstellen. 's Avonds kon je er ook eten, maar hier maakten wij geen gebruik van. Aangenaam verblijf en goed geslapen in ons 4p-apartment.

雖此飯店已有點舊但我們住的11F雙臥房整體空間還算不錯，適合家庭旅遊的住宿，喜歡有大陽台空間~

Not worth it.

The staff were very friendly

The room was dirty, the walls in the bathroom were moldy, outdated. Not a 4 star accommodation by any means. I think it was misrepresented on the advertising.

Très bon séjour, on ne regrette pas !

Personnels très gentil et agréable, emplacement parfait proche de l'arrêt de bus à impérial, proche en taxi de Waterfront. Petit-déjeuner complet. Le restaurant est bon ! Bon rapport qualité prix.

Manque une porte de douche qui mouillait toute la salle de bain, pas de sèche cheveux, dans l'appartement peu d'équipement pour faire à manger. Coupure d'électricité deux fois dans l'appartement. Quartier légèrement bruyant en début de nuit.

Apartment nice but staff not very professional or helpful

The apartment was good and clean.

The welcome wasn’t very friendly. We arrived an hour early and were told we couldn’t check in which we had expected however in this situation you are normally offered the chance to have your luggage looked after. We had to ask! Unfortunately we were pickpocketed and it was a struggle to find a staff member who could help us find the police station. I had requested car parking for our last night at the concierge in the morning and was told that this was available. When we turned up with the car I was informed it was full. I had to complain vigorously fir us to be given a space. This is not acceptable.

a true nightmare, tenants drinking and partying 2am-4am talking loudly, we could not sleep.

Nothing to be quite honest. I told one of the staff members we met in the lift about a plate of prawn shells that a tenant put outside his/her door. Room 425, 424. Not to sure now, but it was in the far right corner when you exit the lift and the turn left. Knock sounds whole night from lift cables banging. Nightmare, will never stay at the fountains hotel ever again

Overally good with some opportunities for improvement see above comments

Breakfast was good.

Aircon was broken down and had to be relocated to another room. Dinner Menu not wide enough end up repeating same foods over and over again. Some occupants were too noisy

I would maybe book abigger room and also breakfast included next time

My booking was not breakfast included and I had to pay but that was ok. The breakfast was good just not a huge variety of food.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Just amour bathroom tap could not closed but that was all sorted.

Breakfast was good but on weekend they stopped serving at 10am instead of 11am

Heater was not working Coffee n tea tubes were v few inside rooms One blanket It ( hotel) does not smell fresh inside at all Parking is a mess ( u cn scratch your car)

Was lovely would stay there again

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable clean and tidy. Restuarant food was nice really enjoyed that. Location of hotel was nice

It was a lot of money that I could have used to stay at a better hotel

Room wasn’t as advertised. Didn’t get a city/mountain view as advertised. Didn’t receive breakfast even though I paid for it.

Terrible unit to rent

Location to beach

Unsafe parking on street, costing you a lot of money per day each time you move your car. With loadshedding bathrooms which is tiny were totally dark. Security unhelpfull and unwilling to help. Small bathroom so you forced to dress in bedroom with no privacy
