Not an ideal place to stay.

We booked for triple room and a twin bed.After we arrived, we were told that the rooms will be in different floors. Booking.com should inform us about this issue. We are travelling as a family and it is not convenient and for safety issues, we wish to be in the same floor. The reception staff talked us into getting another room so that there will be a bed for each one of us, in the same floor. When we went up the second floor, the triple bed and twin bed (which we initially booked) were actually there. The beds were enough for 6. That was a waste of money having to spend for another bed (King size bed). I could not sleep the whole night. I was in the twin room sharing with my grandson. The bed I occupied was terribly smelt damp due to molds.

객실은 넓고 깨끗하였습니다. 3인이 캐리어를 펴기에 매우 편안하였습니다. 화장실도 넓고 깨끗하였습니다. 침구류도 깨끗하였습니다.

공사중이라 아침 혹은 낮에는 시끄러웠습니다.

Exceptional

The hotel located on the hill which makes the view cool and is easy to access city by free shuttle bus. Breakfast wasn’t that great, limited choice. Staffs are helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable (we booked 3 rooms), price is cheaper than expected. We’ll definitely book this hotel again for our next visit.

The view was great, very quiet. The dim sum breakfast (paid separately) in the hotel was actually quite tasty. Really enjoyed it. Staff very friendly.

Cant open the windows. and there was some stale air in the room. Terrace closed too. There were also no chairs or any sofas in the corridor.

The staff at the reception area is ver accomodating , very good,, very polite and responsible,,

Very quiet place but need a nice music to hear while your at the lobby area

When i need cash no ATM maschine inside the hotel…

Disappointing

Comfortable facility

Upon check in,they give us the wrong key.Its quiet disappointing because no assistance made,We are the one who go down to ask(we have a baby as they can see)its unacceptable.(No other guest they assisting on that moment).Poor service on accomodating queries,asking extra bed and ice for the milk of infant but the staff is rude.(unacceptable and bad experience at all).
