待客親切、地點佳

1地理位置佳，到各景點走路或搭公車都很便利。 2隔一條街有澳門知名的餅店(中午去不太需要排隊等)、牛雜，省下排隊等候時間。 3櫃檯可以借澳門通(押金50澳幣，需儲值50澳幣/次)，搭公車很便利，原搭乘需6澳幣/次，用澳門通只需3澳幣/次。 4櫃檯可幫忙代叫計程車到機場(從飯店出發到機場約92澳幣)。 5.櫃檯人員服務親切，請求幫忙都能盡量協助(耳塞⋯)。準備離境、搭車離開飯店，7/5有位早間的櫃檯男性人員(來不及記姓名)用閩南話對我們道別，感受親切。

1.房間空間有點小，可能是入住三人的關係。 2.第三人加床使用沙發床，睡起來有點硬。

1.房間算大，乾淨整潔，備品充足，房務人員也都有補充及清潔 2.房間面對市景，可以看到澳門塔，很棒 3.地點好，附近都有巴士站可接駁上下車，也離大三巴牌坊很近 4.飯店比鄰公園，晚上附近有便利商店及藥局、餐廳 5.能夠提供先放置行李的服務

1.價格 2.三人入住為雙人房加床（沙發床），偏擠，三人入住的價格高於兩人住宿再加床的金額 3.隔音較差

- 以價格來說，沒有什麼不滿的地方。

Very nice hotel for budget.

The room was comfy.. check-in with staff was good, they are friendly. The location is also good, 5/10 minutes walking to tourist places. The hotel is still know as Sun Sun by taxi drivers

The room was not clean, very dusty in fact.

Convenient

Colourful theme inside the room which made the experience unique. The vintage artwork around also added to the whole hotel's look. It's location is also very convenient to San Ma Lo and other major tourist attractions in Macao. All in all, we had a good stay.

Overall it is a very nice hotel.

Location is good within walking distance to almost everything. Hotel is clean and nice.

We booked 2 interconnected rooms. The mirrors in both rooms are right next to the door and we nearly walked into it many times as it looks like the door to the other room.

I don’t recommend room below 10th floor.

location is okay, good WiFi

the floor nine is humid, ventilation is poor in my room. I literally see fungi and moss at the back side of the photo frame. room smells quite bad too!

nice for adult!

The staff is nice, The room is clean and modern and nice.

the door of the connecting room cannot be closed, would need staff to use key to unlock. though, The door cannot be fully opened and a bit risky for small kids. the bed not very comfortable with too soft pillow.

- room smelt like seafood - cockroach found on bed and we requested to switch rooms which the staff helped us with swiftly - unstable Wifi

Exceptional

Everything - great quirky room, bottled water, spotlessly clean. The receptionist, Anastasia? was really kind and gave me lots of information. You do need to get a taxi from the ferry terminal for boats to Hong Kong . Cash only around 100 dollars.

My room wasn't available at 3 pm but I didn't mind waiting..

Ambient pleasant. Room clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

This hotel at a good location, very clean, and good service. There has a manager her name is Ann in this hotel, I wanna say thank you. Thank you to help my parents and take care of them. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Eh, its alright.

Very good location. Easy to walk, get a bus, or get a taxi. Good food nearby.

The ventilation and the scent they used in the hotel made me sick, it was way too floral.
