Perfectly relaxing and can't wait to go back!

Loved having our own private pool. It was clean and perfect temperate. Staff were so friendly and made us feel at home.

Overall the villa was pleasant,clean & presentable with the exception of the things mentioned above.

Villa was affordable & met most of our expectations, location was good & staff were lovely

The bed was a big issue as 2 beds joined together with a very uncomfortable ridge where they joined was very very disappointing. The bed is what you pay for in many ways. No coffee making device or options also a big issue & the villa very poorly appointed e.g. the only oven tray was too wide for the oven.

Dated property not like the photos online

The photos were not of the same property that we booked. It is very deceiving. We were given a property that was dated and the photos online were of a renovated property. The showers did not work well, no pressure and were leaking. The dishwasher handle was broken, the dryer almost fell off the wall when we went to use it.

Nice location, easy to get to from cairns

The location of the apartments were great the pool was beautiful and the lay out of apartment was great

The lounge smelt. And was very uncomfortable. One night there was no hot water, my family came back from a full day trip out. We were muddy. Rang the number on the information booklet and it was the previous owner of apartments, he then gave me the number to the more recent owner. When attending to the call a man came in and had a look at the hot water system and electrical metre. Said there wasn’t much he could do, and hopefully it would be back on in morning

Internet kept dropping out but luckily we had our own data so not really an issue.

Quiet, private and clean with a nice pool and outdoor area.

A bit noisy as near highway and quite a walk to the beach. A few things needed updating (looked a bit tired), such as window blinds, fridge .....

Great place to stay in Palm Cove.

The private pool was awesome. Plenty of air conditioners and fans to help beat the heat. Spacious, comfortable villa with everything you need. Walking distance to Palm Cove beach.

The unit we stayed in not up to quality for this price point. Old furniture, uncomfortable, lounge had stains all over it.

A peaceful oasis run by the welcoming and generous Kevin.

Each villa is private and quiet. The entire unit had fans and air conditioning. The private pool in the back courtyard was much larger than we thought it would be and positioned well to support sun and shade.

Both the interior and exterior were a little tired. A complete repaint is needed rather than spot maintenance.

Holiday experience from Cairns

That we had our own pool kids could slush how much that wanted and it was upstairs and downstairs patios. Very private

We had to paid $3 each for a pool towels they should already be in the villas out near pool. Need to train cleaners up so they do a professional cleaning job in the Villas!!! I'm a cleaner myself if my boss saw the villa I was in she would send me back to clean again eg: dirty hand prints behind laundry door, smudges on glass doors, hair in my shower.

Excellent budget stay

Second time staying here. Love the size, parking, pool. It’s great to be able to do laundry for free throughout the trip. It’s nothing fancy but perfect for someone wanting space and privacy. Beds were comfy, there’s AC. Each room had its own bathroom/shower, so didn’t need to share with friends.

Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. I think for a 6 night stay they could have provided some extra. You can purchase for $1 at reception. No other concerns

Good private villa for the price

The private pool in the villa was exceptional. Large, deep and very private. The villa was spacious and had a great full kitchen, which works for us travelling with young children. The centre manager was very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the furniture is very dated and the lounge was way too soft, it felt like you might fall through it when you sat down. Pillows on the bed also way too soft (they had no substance at all) and I ended up with a sore neck. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the villas could definitely do with some TLC and a refresh.

Overall, our family enjoyed the amenities, location and layout of the unit we stayed in.

We had our own private pool which was very convenient, especially when travelling with young children. Kevin, the property manager was very helpful and easy to contact. Our location meant we were only 7 minutes walk to main street, and only 1 minute to bus stop into Cairns.

Unfortunately the traffic noise was bad on a couple of occasions due to location ( out of control of the accommodation ). Our beds were not great - this was a mutual thought of all 6 adults in our party. Our outdoor, undercover space was a little cramped for 6 adults and two children.
