My 8 year old daughter and I had a great time and lots of space but the hot pool water was a turn off

Room was spacious and great layout. Was great having the swim out apartment and being able to walk out the door and jump into the pool. Aircon in the room was amazing.

Pool water was constantly Hot (like having a hot bath) and not refreshing. Apartment 106 had outdated outdoor furniture that I wasn’t game to sit on. Rusted bins and paint issues in the bathroom (that could easily be replaced at a minimal cost). Garden outside unit needed attention: rubbish, dead plants and broken crockery thrown in the bushes (I picked up on my first day there).

The relaxing little holiday we needed.

Sea Temple is great - love the pool options and relaxing vibe. It’s protected from the wind & there were always plenty of sun chairs - didn’t ever feel crowded. A lovely short walk (fun scooter ride for our toddler) into town to amazing restaurants. Our accom management were always available for us when we needed.

The Apt we booked needed some TLC - dishwasher was broken and spa bath in the main bathroom didn’t work. We advised management and they sent someone asap to have a look. The swim out apartment never got sun which for me would’ve been nice to lay out and also to dry wet clothes/swimmers. Buffet breakfast is very expensive so better to buy groceries and/or go into town.

We were there for a wedding, wanted somewhere nice and relaxing and found the swim out room perfect

Thought it was well maintained, very clean and comfortable We enjoyed our stay with our adult children Perfect place to relax beside the pool

Gorgeous apartment in an awesome location.

The location and surrounds were lovely. The resort was beautiful and the pool was awesome.

Wifi was mostly unusable but nothing else negative to say.

Beautiful, peaceful venue with well-maintained tropical gardens.

Kitchen was closed so limited options for breakfast and dinner. We knew this in advance. Didn't matter as we had a kitchen and ate in or at nearby venues.

Advertised as a swim out apartment but there was no ladder or steps leading to deck which made it impossible for all but the very fittest to leave the pool directly to the room.

R & R in Palm Cove.

Great apartment - spacious had everything 2 couples needed. Well stocked kitchen including washer and dryer. The swim out was perfect. We travel to palm cove at-least once a year we would highly recommend and stay again.

pillows could have been a bit more comfortable.

Perfect Palm Cove holiday

Great location and facilities and wonderful weather in luxury accommodation. Close to the restaurants, bars and cafes of Palm Coves delightful main strip.

Lovely apartment and so brilliant having direct access to the pool from the room. Apartment had everything you could need. Resort facilities are very nice and it was a short walk to the main strip of Palm Cove which also meant it was very quiet. Would definitely return.

I loved the resort and apartment. Will definately book same one next year for 10 days.

Great location. Our apartment was just fabulous and having an outside area and then a private sunlounge and direct access to pool was the best.

I put a beach towel out on a sunchair early in the public area and when I went back there a couple of hours later when the sun was out it had been taken off my chair by staff. Other guests said they had the same thing done by the staff. I asked at Reception that night and they said to come back the next day as the day staff would have access to them but there was nobody on Reception when we checked out that morning.

Spacious apartment in a wonderful resort

Great location. Helpful staff. Spacious apartment. Sound proof (good block out roller doors to the pool and glazed windows)

Challenging to transfer garbage from the apartment to the industrial bins at the front of the hotel. Swim out area entirely in the shade so no sunbaking at the apartment.

Beautiful resort and room.

The accomodation was amazing. The resort was beautiful. The food and drinks at the resort were very average, which was unexpected. If your happy to eat out and bring your own drinks it's no problem though.

Food and drinks from the pool bar in particular were definitely not great. Probably just a staffing issue though, as the rest of the resort was amazing.

The apartment was a perfect size for family of 4! Very clean and functional and it looked to me like they had recently upgraded furniture? Kids love the swim out apartment. Beautiful gardens and outlook from swim out pontoon and outdoor sitting area. Staff are all very helpful and positive

Beautiful room, great location in a tranquil setting. Check-in was easy and the amenities were great.

We would love to come back when the swim-out pool refurbishment is completed. Our only issue with our room was that the beds were two singles pushed together and they kept sliding around and apart and slipping away from the headboard. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch.

Tropical relaxed holiday

Great space to spread out and relax. The 2 rooms, each with an ensuite was good. The grounds and pool areas were just wonderful. The restaurant was fantastic and a shoutout to George for his great service. Nice walk into the restaurant area. If we come back l would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location, huge appartments, fantastic pool, friendly staff.

The swim out balcony apartment was ideal to allow my children to swim all day and allow me to easily supervise them. The apartment was huge, clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

That you had to walk outside the resort to put rubbish in the bin.

Brilliant location and accommodation for a family trip and some much-needed R&R!

Very spacious and well-appointed room and hotel. Swim out pool was AWESOME. Large rooms, comfy beds and clean and well appointed bathrooms. Very comfy putting our three kids together in the second room with a trundle on the floor (provided by hosts). The open plan living and dining area were HUGE! We really loved it. Free on site parking was fantastic. Coffee at the breakfast cafe was pretty good, but we are a tough crowd (Melbourne coffee snobs). Great distance from the main strip - lovely 15 min walk to and from dinner along the beach. We self-catered mostly and really enjoyed having the kitchen and cooking facilities. Food and drinks at the resort were ok nothing exceptional (but admittedly our standards are quite high). It was great to have bathroom and laundry essentials provided. Lamps and lighting throughout was fantastic - have stayed in too many hotels that only have downlights and no mood lighting! Excellent having access to the gym although the air con was broken so could not use it during the very hot days. Overall, I don't think the photos do this place justice - we are a family with three kids aged 12 - 6 and everyone absolutely loved it!

More forks would be handy as we kept running out; dishwasher was not working great, may have needed rinse-aid. More dishwashing sponges would be useful. Baking trays would have been good. Drapes/curtains for the windows to the pool would have been good so we didn't necessarily have to close the pool shutters. Really not much to dislike at all!
