Disappointing

Great location! Another for location and location!!!!

Too dirty, dust everywhere! Hope the owner/landlord read this review! When we moved in: ashtray on balcony full of ash, floors are dirty, partner was cleaning the bath befo use,dust everywhere got all symptoms of hey fiver and got sick for few days!!! Microwave should be replaced! Toilet- master bedroom always sounds of dripping water-so annoying at night even with closed door! Have no pressure in bathroom shower but at the kitchen like from the hydrant! Not worth for that money! P.S. unfortunately it’s doesn’t let me to upload all pics!!!

Dissapointing! We’ve stayed there twice before, the last being in 2019, but won’t be back.

Love that it has its own pool and spa. Love the underground parking.

The first unit we were in was very poor quality. stains on lounge, dirty blinds, dirty bins, dirty blanket, unkept balcony, very basic lounge/dining furniture. Also the backs of all remotes (fans, light, aircon) were missing. Management moved us to a different apartment which was better.

A good clean stay for the lower end of the price spectrum

Staff was friendly and efficient, location was excellent, facilities were functional and in maintained with everything I needed.

Great place to visit

Close to the beach, close to food and close to surfers paradise and shopping centre. Easy to walk around, great relaxing place with large pool

Appartments could do with a small appliance up grade and repairs.

great location, pity about the dirty apartment

The location was great, very close to the beach and to other family members who had their own accommodation. The apartment was large and spacious. It was family friendly and located on the ground floor so easy to get in and out.

While superficially clean, the unit was smelly and actually quite dirty. There was dirt under chairs and furniture and the bathroom had old hair in the corners and bath. We found old food in the couch cushions. It’s a shame as cleaning is an easy fix and this would have made our stay much more enjoyable.

Love the location good for families. Clean and friendly. Closer to miami beach and to all convenient stores nearby . Highly recommended for future holidays .

Pool facilities were well maintained. Amazing location. Flexible check in.

The location of the apartments was splendid with a 5 minute distance to the beach. Check in was quick and easy. Lots of tourism information upon arrival. Pool facilities were maintained well. Allowed us to check in early.

Bathroom wasn’t clean…silicon on the shower was covered with moulds. Tiles were cornered with dust. Kitchen cupboards weren’t wiped properly. It’s like the apartment wasn’t cleaned after previous stay. Complimentary coffee and teas weren’t enough with only two teabags and stale raw sugar.

Location is to far from surfers paradise, with out a car. no shops, no cafes. Room have cockroaches in them. Some of the lights didn’t work in the room. Etc Will not be staying there again

The unit was very tired, particularly bathrooms.Whole place Needs a really thorough clean. Beds were OK but lounge was very uncomfortable.

Great place to stay, very affordable with convenient location & friendly staff.

Check in was simple, unit had easy access, good parking for car, staff very friendly & informative. The unit had pretty much everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Very good

Very helpful entry staff member. Assisted immediately with requests. Enjoyed Spa in the rain EACH day. Close to beach for a walk, despite rain. Quiet and lovely outlook over pool through tropical foliage.

TV didn't offer much. Had to use own gear. WIFI not strong, but adequate.

overall we had a pleasant stay! We had everything we needed and only a short walk to the beach!

great location with a short walk to the beach. we had everything we needed for our stay. beautiful little home.

the beds were very uncomfortable and left us all with sore backs after springs poking into us for 14 days. we were only given a single sachet to use in the dishwasher. this would normally be okay, however, our first load was to wash the disgusting cutlery and cups left behind that appeared as though they had been put away straight from the previous persons mouths. coffee still sitting in the bottom of cups, food still on cutlery and utensils. we were told that we would have someone come in to replace sheets/ light clean halfway though our stay. this did not occur.

It was very average accommodation and in desperate needs of some updating.

The location was great and the staff were helpful.

Thin, hard mattresses, nothing to wash the dishes with (dish washing liquid and cloths/ sponges not provided). Rusty pots and pans.

location was excellent. layout of unit was good. nice pool area, beautiful gardens

unit was not cleaned to an acceptable level, floor un-swept as we needed to sweep the floor when we arrived, bathroom not suitably cleaned with hair on floor, swipe marks from mop was obvious, ,mirrors were smudge, leaking shower hose.
