Idéalement placé pour le métro et très bon rapport qualité prix pour visiter Porto

Trés bon rapport qualité prix A 20mn en métro du centre de Porto Banlieu nord Moitié prix du centre de Porto et 12mn de l'aéroport en métro Station métro 50m ( idéal ) Parfait pour son prix et bon petit déjeuner

Very bad smell from bathroom, WiFi connection unstable, dirty, windows not properly sealed, hairdryer must be as old as I am.

Simple, practicel and good for a short stay

what you get for the money is always an important part of the overall evaluation (in my opinion). This is a no-frills simple Hotel with no particular fancy part or style, but it is pleasant, practical, clean and in a good location, with good breakfast, for a very, very good price (I paid little more than 50eur incl. breakfast in early March).

Sehr preiswertes solides Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung im Wohngebiet

Das Hotel ist unspektakulär und vom Preis Leistung Verhältnis sehr attraktiv. Auch die Nähe zur Metro von 80 meter und einem kleinen Super Markt auf der anderen Straßenseite kam uns gelegen. Sauber war es auch. Personal auch freundlich.

Es wäre sicher hier und da etwas zu verbessern/ verschönern, aber wir waren zufrieden.

Convenient location, okay staff, great bed

Room was very large, good location, bed was super comfortable

Very dated, in need of some TLC. Breakfast spread not very diverse but quality quality of food was good. Would not recommend for vegetarians/vegans.

Sem estacionamento, a internet e tv não funcionavam e quando se tomava duche a casa de banho ficava inundada porque as coisas não estavam bem vedadas.

Would not recommended!

Good location,good bed and perfect size of room.

When i stayed(8-9 december 2023) there was no internet,television and no hot water in the shower. After my complaints, the staff couldn't do anything.....very dissapointing!

Not too bad. Some issues but friendly staff

The breakfast offered was satisfactory, complemented by the amiable staff. The cleanliness and convenient location were really good. Matosinhos is a really nice place to visit.

During my stay, the Wi-Fi was non-functional, and there were ongoing issues with the water heater, resulting in three out of four days without hot water. The resolution offered was a 50% refund, effectively covering two out of the four days or alternatively, a voucher for three free nights at the same hotel in the future. Despite these inconveniences, the staff remained friendly and provided apologies for the issues. I'm currently awaiting the refund to reflect in my bank account, hopefully it will be processed within the next couple of days.

Good location and place to stay

The location is very good, next to bus and metro stations, also close to the beach. The bed is very comfortable, there is no noise from outside.

The fridge in the room was a bit noisy, but maybe it was just the one in my room.

Clean hotel with very integral and compassionate staff

This is an integral, honest and compassionate hotel/company, that I wholeheartedly recommend. My partner and I had a flight at 9pm which got delayed until midday the next day. I immediately had to book last minute accommodation, and during my frantic searching and stress I accidentally booked two rooms at this hotel instead of one (as booking.com said the first payment/booking didn't go through due to an error - when it really did). I immediately contacted the hotel through messages and calling but they didn't pick up and I was so insanely stressed. I was very worried that they wouldn't refund me as the booking details said no refund (and the receptionist suggested that they most likely wouldn't refund). However, when the help line opened at 10:30 am the following morning they messaged me right away with a full refund. So I just want to say a huge thankful for being so compassionate during such a stressful time! Now in terms of the hotel itself, it is super clean, the staff are all very friendly and the buffet breakfast is great! I sadly can't say much else as we were only in the area for one night due to the cancelled flight but just based on their customer service I would recommend them.

Superb!

Love the location, the space, how quiet it is even when the traffic is noisy on the outside. Gorgeous view too! Bathtub isn’t that large, but I loved the option for rain shower instead of the regular handheld

We got 2 double beds stuck together instead of a king/queen size. Good enough for sleep, but makes cuddling with your S.O. very hard

I would come back and really enjoyed the king size bed and sci-fi entertainment

room, breakfast and proximity to airport and beach very appealing

The location wasn't great, breakfast wasn't too good. Go to a cafe instead. Rooms weren't cleaned until late afternoon.

We had a room on the 9th floor. View, large room and location were great. Very good breakfast.

Windows need to be fixed.

It was a good location to acces beaches metro Porto snd the festival

The breakfast was amazing Lots of choice different things to eat and try

There wasn’t plug socket next to bed , small thing but a bit annoying , There could have been more tourists info in the reception

Clean..bar fridge and good a/c..perfect for a night or 2...across road from Metro and Grocery store and few blocks from beach..

View from bedroom wrong side of building..begged for another room but not possible..would have loved a kettle and 2 coffee mugs..wi fi signal poor..but overall good value..

The size of the bedroom is quite good, the hotel is well locate

The guy at the reception was a disaster, he simply didn't care to give a good service to the customer, specially when I arrived at the hotel making a very bad impression

Extremely high quality breakfast and bed. Good location.

I have dust allergies and felt the room wasnt clean enough for my condition not to flare up. Had to buy anti histamine because of it.
