cleanest and most comfortable motel I ever stayed in, will not stay anywhere else in Hobart when car

very clean, room has everything one need and more, common kitchen, lovely location next to the water, extremally low price for a very high standard

nothing, very upset with people negative comments, some people must be expecting 5 star hotel for a backpacker price

I had to have a Cardiac procedure in hospital on Tuesday and unfortunately was so ill during the night, I had to take on

La habitación estaba ordenada

La cocina y la lavanderia cerraban a las 7 pm y abrian a las 9 am. Tenian pocos estacionamientos para la cantidad de huespedes, no había asignación entonces si llegabas tarde no encontrabas, tarde tipo 5pm.

Near the city and cheaper compared to others

Not enough car parks and if late you may need to park by the street. Waterfront is merely a view and not accessible.

Disappointing.

Bed comfortable. Location very good.

No electric blankets on the beds! In Tasmania an electric blanket is a must! Also, the heating in the rooms is just air-conditioning, so it took forever to get going when we had finally arrived after a very long day of travelling, and we were freezing! Not a good start. Dirty, wet towels, left in the corner of the bathroom floor, obviously still left over from the previous guests. The rest of the room was reasonably clean, so possibly the cleaner simply forgot to pick them up, as they left, we are all human, I understand that, but the defensive reaction, I received from the two gentlemen, manning the reception desk in the morning, when we checked out, put me right off! I asked for a discount and was told to email them! What for, I was standing right in front of them in their reception. Very disappointing customer service.

Overall, not a great experience.

The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The room was ridiculously small. The small single bed on castors moved easily every time I turned over or sneezed. Although it had a Microwave, fridge, Toaster & a TV there was no ironing board or iron. The compressor on the fridge was very loud all night. No proper facilities to wash the single plate or single cup. The external building lights were right outside my window and stayed on all night.(Curtains not strong enough to block out the light). They kindly offered to upgrade my room for an additional &$30/ night but the budget had already been allocated and Booking.com said it was the only room available. The car park for the hotel was full and tight, resulting it some guests opening car doors against other cars. 😟

Liked the community kitchen all the facilities were available, close to city easy getting in and out. staff were friendly parking no problem

Good location and reasonably priced.

Parking access was a bit tight but at least we had somewhere to park. Swimming pool is not heated and there is no access to the waterfront. Also there are no bedside tables, etc

Im Großen und Ganzen für den bezahlten Preis durchaus OK.

Personal an der Rezeption war nett. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Betten gemütlich. Das Inventar aber schon etwas abgewohnt und nicht mehr ganz den gegenwärtigen Standards entsprechend. Kleine Küchennische mit Mikrowellenherd und Wasserkocher. Bad mit WC und Dusche. Eine Gemeinschaftsküche gab es ebenfalls. Das. Hotel ist ein wenig von Hobart Zentrum Hafen entfernt. Mit Auto ist das aber kein Problem. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist aber dafür in Ordnung. Einen kleinen Swimmingpool gibt es auch wurde aber nicht genutzt.

Highly Recommend!

We stayed in the three bedroom house and had an enjoyable stay. The house has recently been renovated and had large rooms and comfy bed and linen. The bathroom looked brand new. Good value for money if you have car/transport to get in and around Hobart.

Could have used some body wash/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom and a tea towel for the kitchen

My adventure in Hobart

The location was really good. It was about 4 kms to Hobart City, It was close to the shops and take out places. The team was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. You had an option of bath or shower and the water was hot. The tv worked and there was enough to make coffees or teas. You could order breakfast for $8.00. You could wash your clothes and dry them for $10 and $2 for washing power.

Great value and clean spot close to Hobart CBD

Second stay here, though this time in the small double room. Perfect for a night before getting the ferry to Bruny Island the next day. Room was small, but very clean as was the bathroom and great value. If we were spending a lot of time in the room itself, would recommend a larger room, though for our night, was great. Will be back.

Parking down the driveway in the lower car park is a bit tricky with a large ute, best to park at the top car park instead.

Adequate for a one night stay, no real complaints

The room and Bed were what I expected. I could see effort had gone into the presentation, and the bedroom was clean. The shower showed a little mould where you'd expect it to be between the crevices but nothing offputting.
