Ik zou dit hotel niet nog eens boeken.

Het personeel was tijdens check-in erg vriendelijk.

De staat en hygiëne van de kamer hadden beter gekund. De kamer rook alsof er al maanden geen raam open had gestaan. Ook de badkamer rook en zag eruit alsof hij niet (goed) was schoongemaakt na de vorige gasten. Ik begrijp dat het een budgethotel is, maar ook bij een budgethotel verwacht ik dat de kamer schoon is.

War ganz Okay.

Frühstück für 17.50€ ist nicht für das was man da bekommt zu rechtfertigen!!! Waren oft in Hotels und hatten ein super Frühstücksbuffet mit mehr Auswahl. Das was da angeboten wurde für diesen Preis ist ein Witz. Parkplatz kostet 8€, jedoch kann man sehr gut außerhalb parken. Weswegen ich nicht nachvollziehen kann, wieso das Hotel Parkgebühren einnehmen möchte🤨 Der eine Mitarbeiter an der Rezension, der vor allem abends bzw nachts arbeitet, ist total unfreundlich und unsympathisch.

Auf kein Fall nochmal für das Geld gibt es bessere

Nix die Zimmer bestanden nur aus ein Bett und ein Schrank keine Gläser kein Telefon das Bad war einfach eine Halbkreis im Zimmer

Zimmer Ausblick Personal ( reinigungskraft ) hat dermaßen nach Schweiß gerochen das man sie nicht ins Zimmer lassen konnte weil sie das Zimmer verpestet hätte

Manchmal nicht zu vermeiden, aber absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Da gibt es nur eine einzige Sache: Der sehr nette Mann, der bis 23.00 Uhr an der Rezeption war. Ruhige Lage.

Alles andere. Die Dusche und das Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, billig und wenig einladend. Dafür der Preis mit über 100 Euro eine absolute Frechheit. Das Wasser in der Dusche wurde unkontrollierbar plötzlich kochend heiß!!!! Ich hatte am Rücken richtig rote Stellen davon. So kochendheiß DARF Wasser in einem Hotel gar nicht werden, schon gar nicht von alleine. Das Kommentar am nächsten morgen: Ja, da haben sich auch schon andere beschwert. Vielen Dank, dass Sie mir das sagen. Wir haben einen nicht näher genannten Termin vereinbart, um das Problem zu beheben. Na dann ist ja mit meinem Rücken jetzt wieder alles gut :-(

Die Mischbatterie in der Dusche hatte zwei Stellungen : Erfrieren oder verbrühen. Ein 0,33 l Bier kostete an der Rezeption 4,10 €, an der Tankstelle gegenüber 0,5 l für 2,00 €

Zimmer für zwei Personen zu klein. Bad nicht wirklich schön oder gut zu nutzen. Ausstattung nicht wie bei dem Preis erwartet.

Superb

Perfect to stay if you are a few days in Koln. You can always park and metro is not too far away. There are also several fast food restaurants close by. Staff is very friendly and helpfull!

Good choice for a night in Frenchen.

I had a nice stay here. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. It met my needs and expectations. The staff was friendly. Standard nice hotel room.

It's not really well connected to public transport. The neighborhood is a commercial shopping area.

Rooms are very tiny than IBIS Budget The bathroom is not very well maintained While Booking it shows a twin bed, but actually it has only a queen bed which is not fit for 3. The Staff mentioned about beds after the booking before we arrived but I don't have the option to change due to the journey to the hotel being started.

Great hotel to stay at if driving into Cologne, Free Parking & 30 min drive from Phantasialand.

Friendly service at the counter, staff were very pleasant and were very fluent in the English language. Provided us with tips on how to get around into the City, and also advised us in advance best time to avoid going in (i.e. Sundays where all shops would be closed) Nice comfortable room, Free Parking, Good Location to get to some of the main roads via Car. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, offering a combination of cold and hot food. Less than a 30 minute drive from Phantasialand.

Not an issue with the hotel itself, the only difficulty would be the walking distance from the tram station, as it involves taking a short walk on a dirt path from side hotel (which could get muddy in the rain), then walking up the main road and crossing over at OBI, where the station was located behind it. OK for average walkers, but for those with limited mobility, this will be difficult, especially when crossing over the dual carriageway.

not really pleasant, I cannot sleep very well

for me the location is not a problem, actually quite handy. the personeel was friendly.

1. the bed is too small for 2 adults and one 7 year old. there was no other room type. 2. the sound insulation is not good, I can hear next room quite clear. 3. the air conditioning was not working properly 4. I stayed for 2 nights, my room was not been cleaned for the 2nd day

Overall an above average stay / hotel.. Some things can definitely be improved based on the monry..

Breakfast - good.. .... Staff were very good and helpful....

Bed size not good for a family - I was said that the bed size is 180*200 but it wasnt... sleep was not comfortable
