Szoba büdös volt cigaretta miatt, nagyon vékony falak, szomszéd szobák és folyosó zajai mind behallatszik. Nem érződött a szoba igazán tisztának sem.

The receptionist on duty before 7am needs more training, but other than that everything was good

Wonderful hotel stay in HK. Near-ish to the MTR and some food establishments. Would stay again.

Room was good and the breakfast was a good selection tasty and fresh. All good. :)

Ideales Hotel für den Hong Kong Besuch, sehr gute Lage, Preise ok.

Sehr gute Lage in Causeway Bay, Ding Ding hält fast vor der Türe, iodeal.

Frühstück kann etwas " westlicher " sein.

Ideal for rugby stadium which we were there for

Location for the rugby stadium superb. Hotel itself was tired dark and in need of modernisation. Room was very small

Overall quite happy to stay in Rosedale Hotel.

The location is very convenient and it's near the causeway bay station. As for the breakfast think dishes should be changed not every morning same dishes.

Room should be provided more coat hangers, it's insufficient for 2 persons.

Séjour agréable , hôtel très bien situé.

Emplacement idéal , personnel très accueillant. Les dim sun du petit déjeuner La climatisation réglable facilement

Les ascenseurs surchargés aux heures de pointe. Les salles de bain pourraient être rafraîchies.

Excellent location.

The location is excellent, near to public transportation. Just a short walk to MTR Causeway and A11 airport bus stop at Gloucester Street.

Unfortunalety, the small size room (20 sqm) but to be fair is considered reasonable space in HK.

Location is excellent. Breakfast is ok-ish. The room was surprisingly quiet, I slept pretty well. Not very large, but that's Hong Kong. The staff was reasonably friendly and helpful.

The hotel would do with a renovation - obviously, they haven't done one in years.

Enjoyable stay. Hospitality staffs very nice . Very frustrating with the lifts

The flow of water from the taps are great. Recommended.

Lifts too slow. I stayed in 9th floor, and had a record of waiting for 20 min for a lift to go down. And that was fa full lift. I told people inside that was the 4th lift that opened the door full of people. Very frustrating .I would have walked down the stairs if I can find where it is.

One of the dirtier hotels I’ve stayed in

conveniently located

Rooms smelt of cigarettes. Asked to be moved to another room and was put in a room which smelt of damp. Mould in both rooms and clearly the cleaning staff don’t really put much effort in. Save yourself the time and book at the Harbourview instead. It’s only slightly more and much better quality.

9 days only clean room once , never change towels only if u request. Never pick up garbage. use Covid as a reason not provide any basic services . Totally unacceptable
