A éviter – Hôtel 4* - vétuste faisant soit disant l’objet d’un projet futur de rénovation.

Date: 2 nuitées du 19 au 21/10/2024 Montant : 230 € (voir facture) Très mauvaise expérience. Un signalement sera déposé sur le site gouvernementale Signal Conso, auprès d’un agent de la DGCCRF (la répression des fraudes). En résumé : Accueil déplorable nous obligeant à régler la TOTALITE des 2 nuitées par avance sous réserve de remise des clés. Et pourtant, il est précisé sur Booking : « Votre réservation a été garantie avec une carte de crédit. » « Un dépôt de garantie d'un montant de EUR 50 est demandé à l'arrivée.» L’état de la chambre étant déplorable (sommes dans un hôtel 4*), nous avons été changés de chambre sans que personne ne prenne le soin de nous accompagner pour vérifier l’état de la nouvelle chambre et nous aider à déménager (nbreux bagages). Même constat de vétusté et de saleté. De retour à l’accueil, nouvelles explications avec l’hôtesse qui cette fois demande à vérifier par elle-même.. des fois que… 2ième suspicion d’avoir à faire à un client malhonnête. Plus étonnant, à son retour, elle nous confirme la vétusté de cette nouvelle chambre, cela lui semble être une découverte. Encore plus incohérents, les propos qui suivent : « de toute façon, toutes les chambres sont comme cela, je ne peux rien faire, je vais en parler au responsable. Il y a un projet de rénovation en cours. » Jamais vu de responsable. Les quelques photos jointes parlent d’elles-mêmes. Hotel per visitare Lione

Hotel fuori dal centro ma a 100 metri dalla fermata della metro. Il centro dista 4 fermate della metro. Zona tranquilla e poco rumorosa. La camera è molto spaziosa e confortevole. Colazione molto buona con prodotti sia freschi che confezionati ma di marca. E' a pagamento, abbiamo speso 19,5€ a colazione al giorno (cara ma buona). Possibilità a pagamento di parcheggio sotto l'hotel. Si accede solo con la carda della stanza e con codici di sicurezza, quindi molto sicuro.

Good business hotel, near metro.

The friendly staff was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived one day late due to flight changes, and communication with the hotel was quick and easy.

The location is not that interesting, but the hotel is very near a metro station and it is very easy to go to the city centre.

Un bon hotel mais la maintenance des locaux est a envisager

Hotel bien situe, agreable avec un petit dejeuner copieux. La literie etait tres confortable.

Le cadre de la fenetre en aluminium etait tordu: resultat la fenetre reste entrebaillee. On entendait le bruit de la rue et la chambre n'a plus d'isolation thermique. La porte de la salle de bain doit aussi etre remplacee: elle est trouee de l'interieur. Chambre 201.

Covenient stay in teh city center

Very comfortable room for a family of 3. It has onsite parking which was a big advantage for us. The location is central to the city.

The persistent smell of nicotine in my room (201?). I understand that there are "rooms for one night", but the smell of tobacco should not be there. It is probably impregnated into the curtains or walls, from a past smoking-room.

globally satisfied as I was there for a training and not for tourism

Very nice staff. Rooms are confortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is great. The dishes at the restaurant are good

Rooms are small and the area around the hotel not attractive. The restaurant is noisy, and the menu choice is limited without room-service. There is a bar in the room but empty. All these characteristics make the price high for this hotel.

Could have been better

O did like the breakfast and the room was spacious...

The room, 211 and all the corridor on the second floor was smelling cigarette smoke, around 12, mid day, the room had a strong smell, I asked to be moved but nobody get back to me. Not a major problem, The warranty of 50 € I still didn't anderstand it. I've been travelling the world, never seen that, it is disturbing, make you feel uncomfortable, in a 4* hotel. Any way, beside that, the breakfast staff were polite and helpful.
