Chouette petit hôtel d'étape

Chouette petit hôtel d'étape. Nous y avons passé une nuit Le personnel est sympa et accueillant. La chambre est confortable, avec écran plat, air conditionné et petit déjeuner copieux et proposant du choix. Nous y reviendrons.

I didn’t get to stay there!

The Comfort hotel was clean and comfortable but my two grown up children had to share a double bed rather than share a twin bedded room as booked!

We were called about 2 hours from arriving around 7.30pm to say there had been a water leak and they had transferred us to a comfort hotel nearby. When I checked it was a lot further out. I complained and they moved us to a nearer one. I could see the Fasthotel and clocked people arriving despite the so called leak. When I read the reviews before booking someone else complained they had been moved at the last minute. I think they had overbooked the hotel and they lied about a leak. This is very poor!

Très bon séjour.

Très bonne accueil dès notre arrivée. L’emplacement est parfait. À proximité du tram mais également en plein centre d’une zone avec des restaurants. La climatisation dans la chambre. Chambre petite mais confortable. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Rien de particulier. Le seul petit bémol: un parking un peu petit.

Melhorar a limpeza e não oferecerem serviços que não dispõem.

Localização.

Paguei valor extra para ter camas de solteiro, mas as camas estavam juntas sem ter espaço para separar. A limpeza também deixou a desejar.

Abgesehen von den lauten Türen war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Sehr nettes und engagiertes Personal. Frühstück war auch ausergewöhnlich gut und reichhaltig zu einem günstigen Preis.

Zu wenig Bettdecken im Zimmer. Leider hört man am frühen Morgen wenn sich die anderen Gäste auf den Weg machen jede einzelne Türe zuknallen. Da ist an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken. Türen müssten Mal von einem Handwerker nachjustiert werden.

hotel cancelled on us ! 5 hrs before we arrived , hotel rebooked us to another chain of hotels in the middle off an industrial estate !

easy to find. close to Resturant’s, spotlessly clean ok for an overnight stay

room was very small, The hotel was tired and in need of a revamp

not good if you want to sleep

reception staff very professional and helpful

doors banged constantly people standing smoking outside my room talking loudly at 12 and 1am no consideration for other guests I couldn’t sleep with the noise so left at 3 in the morning tired and not happy

Bad

Fast hotel was closed so I was diverted to another hotel and then another 5 kms away. I asked several times for a toothbrush and was told by reception that they would get me one but they never did. Dinner was awful.

Great for an overnight stay when travelling through.

Clean rooms in good condition. Air conditioning. Continental Breakfast was good. Tea/coffee in the room. Parking free and directly outside. Car charging point just down the road.

The bathroom/toilet was very small, same size as a caravan.

The staff was really nice and offered us the breakfast even if the time has just finished.

If you arrive late in the night it is possible you won't find any free parking place, but there are several outside the perimeter. The bathroom is pretty small.
