Yataklar çift kişilik değil. Tek kişilik iki yatak ve çok konforsuz. Klima yok. Camı açtığınızda dışarıdan çok fazla gürültü geliyor.

I am disappointed and will not stay there again.

Location.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and it was very nice. It faces the rive Rhine and there used to be a breakfast buffet with an access to an open-air terrace. All this is gone. Now it is a self check-in and no staff to be seen anywhere during the day except for the cleaners in the morning. The room had no coat hangers and insufficient towels. There was no bathroom amenities like in the past. We had to call a number provided with the reservation to ask for coat hangers and towels. This is very inconvenient and bad service. Breakfast was included in the form of croissants and coffee downstairs, very messy and not clean. Everything looks run down. The price of rooms stayed the same, it is not cheaper.

Very noisy street (until late in the night), trash bins without plastic bags in room and bathroom (very unusual in a Swiss hotel).

La posizione, le camere grandi, il mobilio semplice, ma funzionale, la pulizia. Il check-in è semplice ed efficace. Ottimo il collegamento Wi-Fi.

Non esiste staff. Potrebbe essere un hotel veramente bello, ma manca l’elemento umano il che vuol dire molto, soprattutto quando arrivi in una città dove non conosci nessuno e sei lì non per turismo, ma per visitarla. La camera che dava sul dietro era caldissima. Il effetti d’estate, con queste temperature, sarebbe necessaria.

Worst value for money I've had in a long time.

Room was clean, the bed was good.

So many things that are bad about this hotel. First, it's terrible value for money. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Not even a glass for tap water in the room. Room design was really poor, making less of the space than it was. Very noisy in the morning due to the old building, no AC or ventilation, it was 26°C in the room and too loud outside to make opening a window a good option.

Highly recommended!

The view of the old bridge across the Rhine is incomparable! The staff was so very helpful in making recommendations. And the BEST Italian restaurant (Sonne) - is only steps from the hotel.

We stayed on the 5th floor. There is no AC, but the fan works fairly well, and we kept the large window open. There is also an awning and screen that can be used to block the sun during the hottest parts of the day. Too soft of pillows. But, many choices of pillows are available, at your request.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt für Stadtbesichtigung

Für Stadtbesichtigung perfekte Lage! Direkt an der mittleren Rheinbrücke. Mit Öffis sehr gut erreichbar. In wenigen Minuten ist man direkt im Zentrum der Stadt! Reichliches Frühstücksbuffet, auf Wunsch werden auch glutenfreie Brötchen serviert! Wie waren sehr zufrieden! Danke!

Self-Checkin lässt zu Wünschen übrig

Schöne Lage in der Kleinbasler Innendtadt, Sicht vom Balkon auf den Rhein. Zimmer einfach und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok.

Beim Eintreffen abends um ca. 22.30 Uhr war die Haupttür verschlossen. Auf die Klingel reagierte niemand, erst auf einen Anruf. Self-Checking hat dann auch nicht funktioniert. Musste mehrmals telefonieren und es dauerte mehr als eine halbe Stunde von meiner Ankunft beim Hotel bis ich ins Zimmer konnte.

La ubicación.

Es un hotel fantasma. No nos atendieron cuando teníamos un problema para dejar las maletas en algún lugar seguro el ultimo dia. Muy mal servicio y ninguna solución. Si tienes cualquier problema, no hay absolutamente nadie que te ayude. Y la persona del teléfono ni siquiera habla ingles, solo aleman.

Liegt schön zentral.(Bringt aber Negativpunkte mit sich...). Idee mit Kaffee/ Gipfeli ist gut.

Enttäuscht! Viel gereist, aber das ist Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht wert! Konnte Karfreitag um 24 Uhr noch den Mambo number five von gegenüber mitsingen, will sagen: Es war laut... Zudem leider (obwohl angegeben) kein Haartrockner. Also die Servicenummer angerufen. Rückruf kam aus Liechtenstein. (Sehr chaotisch organisiert...) Soll zum "Notfallzimmer". Dort auch nichts. Rückruf "ah, ja, das stimmt, da ist keiner". Somit mit nassen langen Haaren los gemusst. (Anruf war abends, klappte auch über Nacht nicht einen zu besorgen.) Ich möchte nicht wieder kommen. (Ich war schon in anderen Hotels ohne Rezeption und es hat funktioniert...)

Umiejscowienie obiektu fantastyczne, a widok z okna na Ren cudowny.

Średni poziom czystości jeśli chodzi o pokój. Do głównych miejsc nie można się czepiać ale lustra i poboczne rzeczy niezbyt czyste. Do tego nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju.

nach der Änderung des Konzeptes nur noch eines von vielen unpersönlichen Hotels, allerdings muss mit toller Lage.

kein Vergleich zu dem sehr guten Sorell Merian an gleicher Stelle.

keine persönliche Rezeption. Kein Frühstück, was bei vielen früheren Besuchen an gleicher Stelle ein Highlight war.

Stadthotel zum Empfehlen

Sehr gut gelegenes Stadthotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön gross. Feines Frühstück auf der Terrasse geniessen können.

Keine Klimaanlage aber mit dem Ventilator konnte ich trotz der Wärme schlafen.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location in central Basel right next to the Rhine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, they provided cards for free public transport and money off museums for our stay, the breakfast was very nice and the hotel had everything we needed. Would happily stay again
