Ottimo

Posizione ottima. A cinque minuti a piedi dal centro. Camera spaziosa e silenziosa. Il check in avviene tramite comunicazione whatsapp e questo è davvero comodo.

L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta molto è stato il grado di pulizia della stanza al nostro arrivo non eccellente. Altra unica cosa I cuscini davvero scomodi rispetto a tanti altri Hotel nei quali ho soggiornato

It's a decent option

The place was easy to find, clean, and within walking distance (albeit a decent walk) of many tourist locations and christmas markets. It was also about a 15 minute walk from the train station.

The bed was hard and breakfast was expensive for what it was.

The Mozart is a good option but there may be better choices for this money.

Nicely decorated room. Small but cleverly designed so that everything fits in. Great breakfast with a very friendly host. Free minibar items are nice. Great location, at walking distance from Mirabell Gardens and SZG Altstadt.

Although the (booking.com) website mentions airconditioning, there is no. The room has a top-cooling system that works poorly. Opening the windows would be an option however the street is very busy and thus noisy. Not optimal for a rather expensive room.

Amazing stay!

Beautiful tiny room, perfect cleaning service. Breakfast in very nice environment. I can definitely recommend it.

Great size room. Very comfortable

Great sized room. It is a serviced apartment so no staff onsite so please do not just arrive without getting all booking details first. All information to book in was well communicated to us. Very clean and easy walk to train station and to Salzburg old town.

Nice stay but lower your expectations

Nice furniture, free mini bar, easy check in Usb ports in the room Nice shower with good soap, shampoo and conditioner

No roomservice during stay (exchange of towels) TV didn’t work but it wasn’t necessary Room Door let light and noise through so you wake up by noises Breakfast sadly too expensive No parking abilities (or at least a voucher or partly refund for the expensive parking in Salzburg)

Exceptional

Lovely numa location in Salzburg. Without stuff - typical numa (self check-in/-out via WhatsApp) but with everything else you need for a great time in Salzburg. Lovely room with comfy beds and enough space. Minibar with fridge, water, coffee & tea for free. Hairdryer and a desk. Plus some lockers for your stuff on the ground floor. On top there is restaurant at the entrance which you can use. Or you discover plenty of options around as everything is within walking distance.

disappointing

property had the ability to be nice but we were really underwhelmed

for close to $400 per night we expected a lot better. bathroom was dirty with other people’s hair and grime on floor. bathroom setup is awful, water goes all over the bathroom from shower, toilet is very awkward and uncomfortable to get to. Wi-Fi quality was awful. we were put in a room that was in the stairwell so was incredibly loud and got constant smells from the restaurant below. we also got constant smell of cigarettes.

Amazing location beatiful room

A very nice comfy room with a very nice bed .near the main attraction .the staff were very helpful via whatup

The shower had a glass to protect the water from coming out .if you are a big guy like me and want pressure when you shower then ....

Very good

Everything felt very high quality, great location for the old town. Very comfortable bed and great shower.

Door was a little tricky to lock on going out but that was literally our only issue.

We love it, very cozy and cute! The breakfast buffet too is noce. The location is easy to find. near all the places you’d like to go

walls are thin 😅 we can hear people coming and going. but hey that’s why they provided us ear plugs

Comfortable place to stay, good location, parking not so great, very self sufficient operation

Very comfortable beds, quiet, nice place downstairs to grab a bite or drink, 15 minute walk to main area for restuarnts.

Parking is less than ideal, everything is self service which generationally works or doesn't work (for us a bit not so much).

Pleasant

Good location, it was only a short walk to one of the main commercial streets and top attractions. Plenty of good restaurants around the location. The room was was comfortable.

The room wasn't cleaned during our stay, and there was no information regarding that. There was only one elevator that was being serviced when we arrived, meaning we had to carry our bags up 5 floors through the stairs. We only saw the receptionist once, the rest of the time there was no one at the desk. They were only reachable through Whatsapp / phone call.

Beautiful, cozy and modern room

Nice, clean modern designed room. Free snacks and drinks were an amazing plus. View from room was great and most attractions were within walkable distance.

Hot water was not hot despite waiting quite some time. Lift is also extremely small so be mindful if you have big luggage

Could have stayed longer...

We Loved it! It's clean, it's nice, free mini bar, well appointed, great shower, comfortable bed, good shampoo and liquid soap.

Would have liked a bit longer glass shower partision, or a glass door. Location is OK, but not ideal.
