Great views, but don't argue with the waiter

The amazing views from the pool

Getting to the hotel from Baia (the last bus stop) was difficult, road works, no path, uphill and carrying heavy bags .. thankfully, the hotel sent someone to pick us up and didnt charge. (5 min ride) a car is needed ! Taxis can be expensive The food at the restaurant was ok. My salad was "old" i sent it back they ignored my comment. The milk in the morning didn't smell fresh, the waiter in charge disagreed ... having worked in hospitality myself and in a flavouring company I was a bit taken aback by this as In most countries you don't argue with a customer.... still, it is a 3 star hotel for a reason.

L espace piscine et la vue sur Palerme, l accueil, le restaurant, les transferts depuis l’hôtel. La chambre est spacieuse et propre.

Le manque d isolation phonique entre les chambres.

Very good

The location was very good as we were travelling on the next day and weren’t visiting Palermo. It was nice to have access to the jacuzzi before leaving. Breakfast was correct.

Good hotel and kind staff

Well sized room and very confortable mattress. Lovely view of Palermo from the balcony. Kind staff.

Whilst the breakfast was good it would have been convenient to have a change of menu after the second of third day.

Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent views from terrace. Rooms are cleaned everyday, very clean. Good pools to take a swim and photo.

Breakfast could be more richer, but still ok. The bar and restaurant wasn't available during so called "Siesta" And after 22.

Hotel and staff were nice, but failed to communicate pool closure and did not help with shuttles.

Room accommodations were very nice and worth the price, bed was large and bathroom and balcony were nice. Breakfast was very good, same with dinner restaurant.

Hotel did not communicate well that the pool would be closed through May, which was the main reason I booked this hotel in a location further out of the city. Shuttle prices were very high, especially for Mondello Beach which there was a minimum of paying for two round trips, even if you were not receiving this (I wanted one one-way trip, and was told I would have to pay the full price of 50 euros).

Out from the hustle of city with a view

Very nice view and easy to reach by car. Spacious room, decent restaurant. Very good value for money.

A bit far so car or shuttle is needed. But that's not just a negative thing.

I booked the room with two beds and a view, instead they gave me one bed and partial view, changed to two beds without a problem. Food at the restaurant was too salted and nothing special.

Comfort & relaxation on the edge of Palermo.

Cleanliness & extremely comfortable beds. Single bed in our triple room was an adult size (not always the case at other hotels). Hotel had a shuttle bus to the city centre each day, which was essential for us as we did not want to drive in Palermo & the hotel is up in the hills. There is a charge (£7 return) which we thought was good value. The restaurant for evening meals was also essential as there is little else in this area. The food was good & mostly good value. The staff work very hard & we’re friendly & helpful. We chose this hotel for the proximity to Palermo & the on-site parking (€5 per night). We would return & recommend.

Unfortunately, travelling mid-October, all of the 3 pools were closed. Apparently, according to the hotel, hotel pools in Italy close on 1st October☹️

Very good

Our room was very cosy and clean and the view was stunning. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. I would recommend this place to travelers with a car. By staying there, you can avoid the Palermo centre traffic, which is quite heavy and chaotic.

In the middle of our stay in October, they changed the opening times of the pools without advance notice. The pools were only open until 5 pm (before they were open until 8 pm) and they were not heated. If we would have known that, then maybe we would have chosen a different place.

I was looking have a nice long bath before my flight back to Canada the next day, the tub drain plug didn't work so then I went down to the 'hot tub' and it wasn't hot.

you can absolutely find a better place to stay

actually the view was the only thing I liked about this property

ok…it was too far away from center,it’s not a problem as long as there was a FREE shuffle to go to -at least- down the the street to catch the bus! Breakfast was terrible! one night,I need a cup and one spoon in the room,but they told me it’s impossible to get a room service!!why?!as a gust I needed to have a little thing in the room!was it too much to ask?

the blinders were too noisy and it could easily wake you up when the neighbours started rolling then blinders up
