Très beau lieu avec un accueil ++

Très bon accueil dans ce très beau logement. Tout a été parfait : le lit , la cuisine , les chambres et le jacuzzi ( piscine en novembre moins utilisé)

Great stay in Palermo to explore the city.

Very friendly and helpful host. Good amenities. Property has pool and jacuzzi. Parking is available inside, big apartment fully equipped. Host provided nice pastries for breakfast.

the swimming pool, hosts very friendly, responded really quickly to messages. fresh croissants delivered fresh every morning. bus stop across road into centre. (timings unreliable) lots of supermarkets near by. highly recommend this property

Excellent !!!!

Nous avons apprécié le confort du logement et la proximité avec le Centre de Palerme. Barbara et Carmelo sont vraiment des hôtes adorables et à notre service à tout moment. On s'est sentis vraiment comme une famille. Petit pincement au cœur de repartir 😞

Incroyable logement à 20 minutes à pied du centre historique de Palerme !

L'accueil des propriétaires était impeccable tout comme leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leurs conseils. Tout était absolument parfait. Je recommande vraiment ce logement tenu impeccablement par Barbara et Carmelo qui sont des hôtes extraordinaires !

We had the most amazing stay. The host, omg I never met anyone so helpful. They guided us from start to end of our trip.

Everything, it was spotless, pool and hot tub great, all you need was there, kitchen equipment, bathroom stuff. But the best croissants in the morning was the best! Definitely recommend

No problem with property however walking distance to town, through the dirty streets didn’t impress. Saying that it’s reachable by bus and only 17€ by taxi.

Exceptional

The appartment was perfect little paradise in the centre of Palermo. After a day in the city you are able to perfectly cool down in the pool. Barbara and Carmelo are great hosts and they offer you every morning fresh cornetti. So if you are looking for a appartment in Palermo you should book this one.

Great hangout with pool in Palermo

The apartment is spacious and includes everything you can think of, and even more, and is decorated with much attention to detail. Ideal for our situation (single parent with teenager) as it provided the individual space/privacy we needed. Hosts Barbara and Carmelo are passionate about making their guests feel at home. The welcoming aperitivo was a wonderful surprise, and the freshly baked croissants for breakfast were delicious. In the July heatwave, the swimming pool was a lifesaver.

The apartment's location is within 30 minutes walking distance of the city centre, though it is not a walk we would do several times a day, especially not in the heatwave we experienced, though obviously that's beyond the hosts' control. Not many culinary discoveries close by. However, there's a well stocked supermarket around the corner, which is very convenient.

Great place for a 2-3 day stay.

Great host (Barbara was really kind and friendly). The property was great. Pool & Spa were a great plus every day. Breakfast was good. I highly recommend the “Cornetti alla Nutella” (Nutella Croissants). Private parking.

excellent place to stay in Palermo

luxury and spacious apartment in the middle of an urban area in the outskirts of Palermo. very friendly owners! and private parking space. we liked the hot tub. nice kitchen to prepare breakfast. shops around. bus to city centre 100m from apartment. very comfortable beds and shower.

everything was perfect. The street (garbage removal daily at 5am) and neighbours on the 1st floor might be a noisy.

We enjoyed in hospitality, perfect flat and nice city

Breakfast was extraordinary. I have never eaten such a good and unique croissant and Sicilian sweet as at this location. the hosts were extraordinary. They were waiting for us at the airport and offered us Sicilian products for dinner. We got all the necessary information and organised transportation

We booked Palermo to catch the overnight ferry, and were this location and our hosts were amazing

Our hosts were super helpful and very friendly - helped us sort out a problem with our car, gave us lifts accross the city, showed us where the port was and recommended a really good authentic Palermian restaurant - we could not have asked for more

We had to leave :(

It was a 10+ accomodation

Barbara and Carmelo welcomed us as old friends. Very kind and friendly, the morning croissants absolutely great. At our request, they ordered some cannoli, that we bought to take home and they were fabulous and beautifully packaged. The apartment is modernly renovated, very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. I parked the car in the yard, safe, less care. Exceeded expectations. Thanks Barbara & Carmelo!

Casa le Rose is the perfect place if you need some comfortable place to stay in Palermo. The flat was impeccably clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a lot of sweets, fruits, snacks, juice, milk and nice cold water waiting for us in the apartment. The hosts make the best croissants you've ever eaten - no joke - and are happy to help you with anything.

Central Palermo and very warm family also super was the pool very clean and a real plus specially in the center of Palermo The whole family welcomed us warmheartedly upon arive very nice

would have liked more then 2 two days here we recommend you stay 3/4 days to really enjoy Palermo city it was to quick for us

Incredible Airbnb and hosts!

The hosts Carmelo & Barbara were wonderful. My family was in Palermo for a difficult reason & they were extremely helpful & gracious hosts. Not only did they open their gorgeous apartment to us, but also their hearts. We highly recommend this Airbnb for the comfort, the convenient location, the exquisite homemade pastry every morning, and for the beautiful relationship you will develop with Carmelo & Barbara.

Barbara and Carmelo are welcoming, good people et attentive during your stay. The accommodation is clean, spacious (bedrooms bathroom and kitchen) and offers proximity to the city center in just 20 minutes by walking! I highly recommend for people coming to Palermo !! We will definitely come back to Sicily and we have this right address !!! 👌👌👌👌👌 Carmelo President!!!
