Best hotel experience in Europe so far

Excellent location, spacious rooms, fabulous breakfast for me and my family. Thanks to the great staff who sent a bottle of Cava and a birthday cake for my stay! Will be forever my fondest memory in Madrid. Will def come back in Jan 2025.

La ubicación, la decoración es guay, fácil coger taxi.

Teníamos que subir unas escaleritas para acceder a la habitación y cargar con la maleta cuando en recepción hay un botones que solo se dedica a guardar equipaje, sería más cortés que cuando den esas habitación que ya saben que tienen eso, el botones suba a ayudar. En el desayuno una señora de pelo corto gris fue un poco desagradable cuando le pedimos un bowl más, diciendo que no repondrían más platos. Creo que no cuesta nada ser un poco más amable cuando se trata de un hotel de un hotel de categoría como es Vincci.

Gorgeous Hotel with a short walk to the Metro

The Vincci Soho was an extremely nice hotel, it was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our European summer vacation. They had a candy bowl at the front desk which was full of good candy, it was a minor detail but made our night since we arrived completely exhausted from a long travel day. The hotel also has a bar which provided us with drinks made to order and a mini bowl of trail mix that was delicious. The room itself was quite dark due to the dark furnishings and dark floors however we did have a small balcony that had we opened the curtains might have provided us with more light in our room. The darkness of the room was appreciated since we were exhausted and able to sleep in due to the darkness.

Amazing hotel

The hotel is at the great location, staff is so nice and always wiling to help. Breakfast is amazing, staff takes care if every detail. The nice detail is the water with lemon in the loby near the front desk so we could immediately refresh upon arrival at the hotel. On the last day as we had to check out early, upon our request staff prepared a breakfast to go which was great and ruch. In total I reccomend this hotel with a 10+ mark.

Hotel tranquilo en zona bulliciosa. Desayuno excelente.

Nos encantó el desayuno, muy completo, con la terraza abierta. Repetí este hotel porque su excelente ubicación y la experiencia que recordaba del desayuno. Aunque está situado en una zona bulliciosa, todo el hotel es muy silencioso. El personal fue muy amable y servicial.

Mi habitación tenía poca luz, pero era espaciosa y el baño muy grande y completo (con albornoces y zapatillas).

l’accueil en français . partout à Madrid les personnes en relation avec les touristes ne parlent qu’un anglais approximatif ( musée, avion… ) alors que les touristes sont à 80 pour cent français.

Horrible experience! Don’t make the same mistake I did

The location

First of all the amount of noise they have is unacceptable for a hotel. They had a wedding with speakers until very very late at night and I was hearing everything that happened at the wedding. Nobody notice me and I couldn’t sleep all night The toilette was dirty and had hairs in the floor, In the terrace people used to throw cigarettes at it It was the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. Don’t stay there I

great place apart from the three hundred euro deposit they kept even when I paid in full.

the location was fantastic. Quiet room although the doors bang when closing.

They have a weird policy of taking a sum of three hundred euros out of your account and keeping it even when you have paid the full amount of your stay at the reception desk. When you try and calculate how many guests they have in their chain, it must come to a large sum, which in rotation, they have access to in perpetuity. This feels like a scam even though it was explained to me at the desk that such a deposit is an insurance against fraud. I mean who would book a room under a fraudulent card and not turn up. I'm still waiting for the money do come back it my account.

המיקום פשוט מושלם!! מרכזי מאוד וקרוב לגרנד ויה, אבל לא בתוך ההמולה של הכביש. המלון שוכן בשכונה היפית ונחמדה עם מלא מסעדות וטאפס באר בסביבה. ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת ומבחר ממש טוב של ירקות, פירות, גבינות, מעדנים ועוד. חביתה מבקשים ומכינים לכם בהזמנה לשולחן. החדר שקט מאוד, לא שומעים רעש מהרחוב או מהחדרים האחרים. העיצוב בחדר ובלובי ממש יפה.

אין מקלחון, אבל יש אמבטיה - פחות אהבתי. מה גם שהאמבטיה היתה בה נזילה, אז כשמילאתי את האמבטיה החדר כמעט הוצף. החדר די קטן וגם המיטה הזוגית ממש צרה, יותר בכיוון של מיטה וחצי . לקחו לי פיקדון בגובה של 360 יורו (הזמנתי סה"כ 2 לילות). הפקדון תפס חלק נכבד ממסגרת האשראי והייתי צריכה להשתמש בכרטיס אחר ולהמתין כמה ימים לפינוי המסגרת.

My worst experience in Spain and I have visited many times.

Very good room, clean and good location. We were frequent clients of this hotel.

The problem resides in the following. We stayed in the hotel since the 7th of may and paid directly to the hotel for the first night and the second night was reserved through booking.com and paid for from what I reviewed in my Visa card statement. However we were returning at 11:15 pm to the hotel and my wife had to go to the bathroom fast, however the door of the room didn't open with neither of our keys. We went to the counter and they told us that the room wasn't paid for and that we couldn't access the room until we pay. I showed the employee the VISA statement and he said that he didn't care and I had to pay to access the room. So I paid again, me and my wife were so furious and ashamed by the treatment through the night that we didn't sleep well at all. At 9:00pm we went to the counter and requested to speak to the manager, Just before the manager spoke to us, they credited the account and she apologized and said that we could have breakfast for free, we told her that we were so tired that we had to go back to sleep because we had a 13 hour flight that afternoon. We had stayed on the hotel at least 4 times if not 5 in recent years and we would had appreciated another compensation for the shameful treatment and the bad night that we had to endure.

It was pleasant the only little bad thing was the glass of champagne lost, because it was a gift.

There were a plenty type of food option in their buffet breakfast. Lot of variety diets, really tasty.

One incident, we left two glasses of champagne glasses inside the small fridge of the room. But, next day we didn’t find them because apparently when they did the cleaning room someone took it. Then, next day we asked for them but we only received back one glass the other one was broken or lost it. That was sad because the glasses of champagne was a gift present for my wife.

Ubicación perfecta para visitar Madrid

Habitación interior tipo zulo mejorable y sobre todo que invirtieran algo de dinero en insonorizar las habitaciones, duermes toda la noche con el huésped de la pared del cabecero de cama, habitación de interior con nula insonorización, se oye cualquier cosa hasta si le da por toser o charlar media noche entera al de la habitación contigua Fue una noche horrorosa

Sehr schöne Lobby, cooles Design, sehr nettes Personal - vorallem Patricia war einfach mega!! (Wir hatten nämlich unser Handy im Taxi vergessen und sie war wirklich seeehr hilfsbereit und dank ihr haben wir es wieder). Die Lage ist sehr gut, zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar.

Das Zimmer war ziemlich dunkel und Dinge wie Flaschenwasser waren nicht inklusive. Sauber war es, allerdings sah es in die Jahre gekommen aus.

Bien situado y una sauna nocturna

La localización y el desayuno bastante completo.

Ya nos ha ocurrido varias veces con Booking, nos dan las habitaciones que no te dan si reservas directamente a ellos. Reservamos una doble básica con un ventanuco de medio metro que daba a un patio y tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado (no climatizado). Es invierno y si lo pones aunque sea bajo, la habitación se caldea y no hay manera de dormir, y la ventana era ridícula para que entrara algo de aire fresco. Es decir, asarse en pleno invierno en Madrid.

Very good

Location was very convenient to plenty of restaurants and it was within walking distant to Prado and many other sites. Staff was exceptional.
