Lovely stay would condider B&B next time. Modern, friendly and quiet, perfect location

Excellent location, suite was smaller than expected, the bed was very comfortable and liked the complimentary bar, the view from the balcony was superb. Staff where extremely friendly and helpful.

The buffet could have been better, lots of choice however would have preferred quality over quantity. The coffee machine was bismal only served at breakfast and very poor quality

Excellent location, modern, clean hotel with good food.

Very modern and clean. Food was very good. Staff excellent. Great location.

Not enough sun beds by the pool - 29 for 200+ guests is too few.

Best holiday ever.

Very close to the beach, shops etc. Wheelchair friendly. Clean public restrooms. Excellent poolside service. Entertainment during day and early evening.

Nice hotel in a good location

Brilliant location with good sized, clean rooms

Couldn’t get near the pool unless you queue up an hour or so before it opens and just not into carpet in the rooms, doesn’t feel right in that heat

Overpriced for what we received

The rooms were nice and the showers were great. The staff at he bar were lovely.

The pool was very cold which for a couple that loves to swim puts a damper on the holiday.. The staff at dinner and breakfast were not very helpful, I normally had to ask for drinks at least two times. The dinner it's self had very poor quality meat options so we often just had salad as most of the meat was very tough. The bar staff were very nice but some live music would have been nice in the evenings to create an atmosphere. I paid extra for a sea view and I wasn't facing the the water directly it was to the side. Overall I felt we overpaid for the experience we received.

all in all very good stay lovely hotel rooms very nice And not far from new town and old town

was close to bars and the sea

the morning we left my group was 6 of us being picked up at 7:30 think you should have breakfast to open at 7am for early collect

We thought we had found our "Forever" Benidorm hotel but sadly not unless they change the clientel

Location and friendly staff. Competitive bar prices and great breakfast

Did not expect rowdy stag parties at this hotel swearing and being provocative to staff and other residents

we had a great time all be it too short but will be coming back.

The location of the hotel, the friendly staff and how clean it was. The room was spotless the bed was so comfortable and the pillows were so comfortable also. The pool was spotless so all in all I was very impressed. Definitely will be coming back here again.

Nothing to complain about, except one day at pool came back later and my prescription glasses, my loose change and sunscreen had gone missing, asked at reception and at bar and told they hadn’t been handed in. That’s the only thing I wasn’t impressed with.

Nice hotel but spoilt by allowing all young males groups

Great location, staff and food

I don't understand why a nice hotel like this, allows all males groups of 35 to book the hotel and completely spoil the stay for over guests...

Date night Benidorm- Made complete by Innside.

On arrival, the staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The view towards the sea was magnificent. The dining room was clean and tidy, and the choice at breakfast covered every choice imaginable. The poolside bar provided an excellent choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The staff were again friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We will stay here again.

Lovely hotel but should have spent more on the little details

Location is perfect, staff where helpful and very polite.

AC didn't get renewed when the hotel got renewed and doesn't work (and at the higher end of the market you expect AC) and the shower was a dribble at best. Lovely shower room but very disappointing shower!!!
