Desiludio bastante

Gostamos apenas da simpatia da sra. da recepção e de uma sra. de cabelo curto

Já sou cliente a uns anos e desta vez fiquei desiludida. O quarto era virado para as traseiras e tem uma escola que as 8:55h da música alta e no quarto ouve se a música e as crianças. O isolamento era péssimo e tanto as portas como a varanda estava com ferrugem. Quanto as refeições desiludiram muito e perdeu bastante qualidade, era grande parte fritos e comida congelada, só compensou o pequeno almoço, mas cada vez que pegava num copo tinha de verificar se estava limpo, porque tinha sempre copos com resíduos (mal lavados). Pensei que ia haver eventos na sala principal como era costume e não havia nada... É pena, para mim e para família e amigos era um excelente hotel, mas desiludiu muito. A meu ver não adianta ter uma entrada bonita e o resto que deveria realmente ter qualidade não tem. Quanto aos funcionários, as senhoras da limpeza muito simpáticas, a senhora da receção que usa óculos muito simpática e prestável também e a senhora do bar exterior de cabelo curto super simpática, muito comunicativa e sabe sem dúvida ser educada e era muito cativante, o que falta a grande parte da equipa.

Enkelt hotell med god beliggenhet og hyggelig personale

Frokosten var ok. De fleste rommene var fine, men det ene vendte rett ut mot en høy vegg få meter unna. Hadde klaget på dette om vi skulle vært mer enn en natt. Beliggenheten var veldig bra med mye restauranter,barer og shopping nært og kort vei til strand. Hyggelig personale.

Rommene lå langt unna hverandre og beliggenhet var veldig dårlig på noen. Enkel og litt slitt innredning.

Nice Hotel for a short stay

The Hotel is ok for a short stay, you have all you need, but rooms can feel a bit "out dated". Staff was great and location is good, close to old town, beach, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was nice also. I did not try the pool so can not comment on it. You have a minibar in the room witch is great!

The rooms are a bit out dated and could use some renovation. The hairdryer in the room is not very functionable, would be great to have those switched out.

We had a great time and would stay again.

The rooms were nice, cleaned everyday and ready on arrival with no waiting around, staff were friendly and polite.

The hotel pictures on booking.com were not really true to life, looking a lot more up market than it actually was. Only one availible plug in the bedroom, with the other been in the bathroom? Bedrooms need an update, plugs hanging out of wall in some of the rooms.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to beaches and shops, the staff are very friendly and always ready to do their best. The food is not bad for a 3-star hotel, the drinks are good and well served for what it was all-inclusive, the pool bar always has freshly made food, hot dogs, fries and cakes...

The pool hardly ever has sun and the pool bar sona is very small, very simple and close to the road, the hotel only had 3 umbrellas for many sun loungers and some already need to be changed.the hotel almost never has shows, in 7 nights I saw only 2 and they were of no quality but we can't expect more for the price. My room was very simply decorated and overlooking a large green wall, with a TV with very few channels, bathroom is ok looks like it was recently renovated but never has soap to wash your hands but had a comb and a razor as a gift. the first day when I got to the room it was very poorly cleaned, I had hair in the bathtub and a dirty mirror, then on the other days I even liked the cleanliness and the bed linen was always clean and tidy and the bath towels were always changed every day.

Excellent, clean, friendly hotel with a personal service

Just back from a lovely week at Port Vista Oro. Very clean, and all of the staff very friendly and helpful in all areas, bar, restaurant, reception, entertainment and cleaners, all brilliant. Great location for the Old Town and beach. Our 12 year old really enjoyed the activities. The food was lovely and plenty of choice. A fantastic holiday enjoyed by us all. Would highly recommend this hotel. Well done team Port Vista Oro!!!
