Idyllinen tuote, mutta ylihinnoiteltu.

Sijainti hyvä. Pöytäkattaus aamiaisella oli kaunis.

Kylpyhuoneessa vain kylmä vesi. Bideesuihku puuttui. Ylidramaattinen käsienpesualtaan hana antoi vain kylmää vettä. Vesi roiskui altaan ympärille. Aamiaiskeittiön käryt alkoivat haista huoneessa varhain. Vain pussipuuroa. Ei haudutettua. Kahvi ei ollut tuoretta.

Nice location and interesting property but stay spoilt by lack of facilities in room, very overpriced.

Room same price as extremely good 4 star hotel in Helsinki and yet no wardrobe, 3 hooks for clothes on wall, bathroom door didn’t close and ac not working. reception not always open and no contact numbers for owners for emergency out of hours.

Beautiful place, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

No hot water in shower, or even warm...no hot food for breakfast, ham and cheese and so called "self baked bread" raw inside, tasted disgusting and no other bread available. We had to go eat somewhere else, breakfast cost 18 euros per person when for 21 euros in a local spa hotel was very good continental breakfast buffet... not talking that they expected us to bake pan cakes ourselves, one machine for everybody...right, 160 euros to stay! Highly NOT recommend to stay, unless you enjoy cold showers and don't eat in the mornings....

A dream place to stay with kids who love jacuzzi :)

A beautiful villa located in the very heart of old Naantali, next to cafes, restaurants, the sea, and Moominworld. We rented a lavish apartment with own terrace, sauna and jacuzzi, which exceeded our expectations: everything worked perfectly, beautiful lighting, really hot water (especially nice for our stay in December), strong bubbles :) Very comfortable bed. The host made it easy to check in and good breakfast was served specifically for us in the main building of the inn. We loved staying in the apartment with our little dog.

It was rather chilly in the room at arrival, but heated up quickly once the sauna was turned on. The floors, however, stays cold in the bathroom (keeping in mind that we stayed in December). There were really nice toiletries, but no hair conditioner, unfortunately.

Charming old house, amazing breakfast

Bridget Inn is a nice old house a stone's throw from historical Naantali main drag. The location is ideal, with public parking directly at the door. Breakfast is spectacular, with flocks of locals coming in just for it.

All in all the property could use a little care in some details. Since it is all wood, functioning fire sensors are a must (ours was visibly missing). I am sure that the property will comply.

Disappointment

Location and breakfast were good. Also staff was nice.

Hotel is overpriced for what it offers. We paid 209 € for basic room on the ground floor. Room wasn't quiet at all, because you can hear everything from the corridor and neighbouring room. Communication with Bridget Inn was terrible. It took 6 days to receive answer to my e-mail. It came after our stay. Parking in the backyard cost 15 € and is very small. Sauna and jacuzzi cost about 30 € per person and there is absolutely no privacy in jacuzzi, as it is located in the middle of the backyard in front of other rooms' entrances. All in all, I won't come back.

Rooms where excellent.Really great atmosphere in the hotel. Terrace rooms got parking as well. Breakfast was awesome abd delicious. Located in the beautiful old town of Naantali.

We ran out of shower gel and toilet paper. Some sound (dog barking) could be heard between rooms.

The location was excellent. The room was quiet. The air conditioning -- much needed on the warmest days of the summer thus far -- was effective.

The bed was on perhaps a little too soft. A curtain on the window in the door to screen the early-rising summer sun would have been welcome.

Very cozy hotel in the heart of the old town of Naantali

The hotel is in a big, very nice, well kept, old wooden house. Our room was very cozy and the bathroom very spacious. Also the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was perfect. For parking, there were a lot of free space on the street, mostly with no charge from Friday evening 'til Monday morning. The nearest bus stop was less than 10 minutes walk where buses were going to Turku until the night. The old town was very nice.

Hardly any value for money, terrible breakfast

Terrible breakfast, your choice is to eat or not to eat but that's it. Room was sometimes cold, sometimes too warm, bed very uncomfortable. Simply bad value for money and overly expensive, do not pay more than max 60 eur for two persons per night.
