Great place to stay

Great place to stay, close to salt mine and city centre. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant really tasty and good price, even get a discount.

hotel after you visit the Salina in turda

it has everything you need and specially for turda that there is not a lot to do

after 10:30Pm you don’t find and help at the location for food or something to eat

The stay was fantastic and you can really relax at the hotel.

The hotel is very original and stylized, one of a kind. Interiors are extremely carefully finished - wooden beds and furniture with gilding, lacquered stone in many colours in bathrooms, wrought iron beds, lamps and shelves, fancy baths and wash-basins....There is very tasty cuisine in hotel, dishes are abundant and fresh. Staff of hotel is kind, helpful and speaks English.

i liked that the Hotel was in the center of the city!

1. the moment you enter the hotel and go to the reception, there is a smell from the kitchen of burnt oil. a very bad smell. all my clothes smell after being in the restaurant 2. people who served us at the restaurant… very grumpy 3. the food was very heavy! a lot of grease! imposible to eat. 4. also, the food was quite expensive. 5. all i wanted was a hot soup after a long and cold road. apparently they don’t agree with soup after 4/5 pm 6. the bed was awful. i lost my pillow in the middle of the night! 7. why would they mount lights that stay on all night? it is really annoying! i turned them off but they simply stayed in “night mode”- if that is a thing! 8. also, the houkeeper was waiting for us at EXACTLY 11am at the door for us to evacuate! who does that….

nice apartment

very good location, just minutes from the centre and still quiet, got a good night sleep, bed comfortable and spacious room. Food was tasty.

cleanliness was ok, could have been better in some areas like cupboards.

Modest stay in fantasy hotel

The funky decor was the main draw. Our family of 4 stayed 2 nights to check out Salina Turda. It was nice to be around fellow Americans as many soldiers are based there. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. It did take a while to get our check each time we dined in the restaurant even though we asked multiple times we always waited ~45 minutes. The food was good.

The hotel was a bit overpriced for the value provided. I hated the fact the two rooms we got for our family were located on opposite ends of the hotel.

Impractical but pretty

Bed was comfortable and so was large sofa. Plenty of channels on tv to watch and robes and slippers were a nice touch. Beautifully presented.

Bed area was so small and cramped that you had to climb over, shower leaked and almost no information given. Restaurant service was extremely slow we were planning to order more drinks and dessert but they left us sitting there for over forty minutes. I had to go and ask for the bill. Tea and coffee facilities unusable as no milk or coffee just sugar.
