Great stay and fantastic host

We received an upgrade for free with a fantastic room with sea view and very beautiful room. Cream tea and Prosecco for welcome… a great welcome!!!Breakfast is ‘self made’ but in the kitchen there are lots of facilities and foods. Parking available just in front of the building.

Paignton pleaser

Great location, especially for seafront, eateries and ferries. Fabulous room, tastefully decorated with sea views. Brand new bathroom. Great choices for breakfast, especially dairy-free milks. Super friendly host Helen, such a lovely lady.

Very convenient and great location, nothing fancy

location is absolutely perfect, right on the seafront with lovely views

Unstaffed, advertised breakfast included but from what we could see from the guide it was really only toast and cereal but had facilities to make your own. No staff on site.

Affordable weekend with great access to everything required.

breakfast facilities were excellent, the ability to come and go at will. The ability to help yourself to more tea,milk and toilet roll was useful. The location was perfect for quick access to both seafront and town. The view from the bed was breathtaking and considering on the seafront very quiet!

cleanliness - room was thick with dust and strange stains over walls and ceiling. The Bed was incredibly uncomfortable and not what we would call super deluxe as was stated on the booking form.

It's was good until the accident with YOUR bench

We did not have breakfast although we could have but I'm very sorry to say the one of your benches sipped up and my son hit the wall and was knocked unconscious he had to havecs ct scan , also he was sick from the shock down the side of the bed which could easily been cleaned but they are trying to charge my son £350 for a complete new bed this is disgraceful especially as it was your bench that tipped him of it and he was knocked out so perhaps you should consider not bothering to charge him fur the bed. Thank you

Having a 10% discount at a very pleasant local cafe helped us as we usually have a full English breakfast when we are on holiday Windows that open and don't rely on air conditioning Car Parking Decor was relaxing Location was great Sea View was superb

We stayed for 3 nights and didn't see any staff in that time - it seemed very odd No chance of Full English breakfast - although they did give reasons in the book

The breakfast was self-service from the kitchen. Everything was set-up perfectly. It wouldn't be to everyone's taste preparing your own breakfast, but we found it fine. Lovely dining room over-looking paignton seafront. Location was ideal. Cleanliness was excellent.

Excellent would recommend if you want to be independent.

Location very good central to all amenities. View of sea excellent. As it was very hot it was good to have a fan . The locking system excellent with the touch key , lighter to carry around . Cleanliness excellent , nice white towels .

Amazing place to stay

Everything was lovely so clean and so well arranged from having a fridge to store goods in as well as a cupboard all attached to the room. I would 100% stay here again.

Clean and very comfortable. Great idea regarding self service breakfast. On the sea front and walking distance to train station and bus station. This hotel is dog friendly as well.

The TV was just free view, so no Netflix and was very small 24in. So hard to watch anything from the bed.

Beautiful room and love the help yourself to breakfast in your own time. Everything was just perfect and will definitely be booking again.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. Loved the place 😊
