Uitstekend hotel in het centrum van de stad.

Prachtige accommodatie in het centrum van Rouen. De kamer is klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer die trots is op zijn nieuwe hotel. Parkeren kan in de parkeergarage Opera, ligt heel dichtbij het hotel. Ontbijt was goed. Als we weer eens in Rouen zijn dan kiezen we weer voor dit hotel.

Beautifully decorated, stylish hotel with a very comfortable bed.

The double room was a bit small for two of us.

Staff is very very friendly and helpful. Very cute and cozy hotel. The rooms are small so don't expect otherwise. Walking distance to everything!

The only hiccup for us was the façade lighting which bothered us at night.

Perfect.

Quiet street, tasteful decoration, comfy bed. We slept really well. Very nice bathroom. Really great location just between the river and the cathedral. Easy to get everywhere. Very kind and helpful staff.

Nice, modern, boutique hotel

Close to the centre, off the Main Street.

The hotel was compact. No on site parking. No other facilities to use.

The hotel was great for what we needed it, but a little expensive for the facilities provided.

It was very clean and very well located.

Bath was too small, or you had to kneel for a shower (we were in the attic). Parking nearby was Opera parking but that’s €16.50 a day.

The hotel is very modern, and room was very clean. Good location to parking (16€ for 24h) 2 min walk. Good breakfast. The hotel has a lift.

The bed base felt broken as I was sliding to the middle of the bed. This was uncomfortable. The bathroom (good quality finish) was SUPER small.

property was impeccable, but the surrounding properties were questionable…therefore felt less safe when leaving/returning to hotel

Close location to the Cathedral of Notre Dame Rouen

Staff were good and very helpful, especially Jamila.

Small room and not value for money. When we arrived, we were given a room that was not refreshed after the last guest had used the bed. The management assigned another room to us.

the location was good, but it was odd that you couldn’t eat in a room and also all noises from outside came in

it was clean all over

the room was extra hot when we arrived, all noises from outside came indoors very loud, it was odd that it wasn’t allouwed to eat or drink in the room

Small is - not always- beautiful

Breakfast very good

The room was very small with no space for bigger luggage (and we booked a Superior Room!). Also the bathroom was rather small…. which is not always beautiful.

Not worth looking at.

Nothing. We refused to stay.

This property was not as described. We booked a "Superior Room," rated at 161 square feet on a high floor. We were given a room of 145 square feet on the 1st floor. We were told parking would be available, but when we got there, we were pointed to some illegal parking. This is a clear breach of contract, but we could not get even a partial refund.

A great stop for our needs in Rouen

Staff was superb! Located in town center. Beds very comfy. Elevator available.

Room tiny. Modern design of walls and carpets induced a migraine for my sister.

Small and cosy! very clean and central for a 3 star hotel.

The location and staff were helpful.

The bed and pillows awful! Lift was not working and I have a disability. The room was over described! The bathroom was like a shoe box. Although it was very clean and staff pleasant.
