A nice hotel close to sights

Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, close to Bad Ragaz. Nice and clean room.

A bit expensive for the type of the room but it could have been the weekend/short notice reservation.

location was great, close to train station, walkable to town, and restaurants. amazing Mountain View’s and very friendly, helpful staff.

it wasn’t as “Heidi” as we thought it would be, but that wasn’t bad, just not what we had imagined it would be based on the name. it is a walkable distance to the Heidi village so it turned out just fine.

Pleasant stay with a well equipped hotel facilities and excellent location.

Excellent location near train station and motorway and nice facilities with all you need including a good breakfast and friendly staff. The rooms are not big but well equipped.

A little expensive to just sleep and go out but a pleasant hotel with friendly staff

It was easy to find and convenient to go to Heidi-related places from the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the arts and decorations in the hotel and the mountain views. The whole hotel was clean. The breakfast was great.

There was no tissue paper. It appeared to me that there was no shampoo or conditioner. Later a staff member told me the soap is for body and hair. It was hard to pump it out and use it for hair. I couldn't tell what time the bar opens and closes. The bath tub had only a small piece of glass and the water splashed easily on the bathroom floor.

Great Hotel in Maienfeld.

Breakfast was very good quality and variety. Staff was exceptional friendly and supportive at the breakfast, the bistro and also at the reception.

I looked everywhere but did not see Heidi nor Peter.
