wished We had stayed another day, excellent stay.

The breakfast buffet was quite good, enjoyed the stay the rooms were comfortable, since we had our sons wedding on the 13th night at the Hotel out door, The service was excellent , we came with the family and took 4 rooms the stay was excellent.

Everything outstanding, everyone smiling and making our stay special. The choice at breakfast was amazing

Molto bello

Struttura a dir poco bellissima. Pulita e accogliente. Staff professionale e gentile. Pulizia per lo standard del paese molto alta. Sicuramente il prezzo non è indifferente ma si paga la qualità. Struttura distante 15min di auto da Kandy centro.

Location is good. Clean and exzellent.

1) No Egg holder for Eggs (breakfest). 2) Butter was to hard. Not creamy. 3) No yellow part in the Eggs. Very light yellowish.

Great place! Worth staying here to visit Kandy and neighbouring areas.

The room was very comfortable and had a lovely view of the hills nearby. The reception and restaurant team were excellent in their customer connect and responses. The food was very good with lots of variety and the bar had nice comfortable seating to relax. Overall an excellent experience.

Many Indians, even those who eat non vegetarian food, prefer a wider range of vegetarian options. Good to plan that. Also , it is better if the vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes are not kept in the same place to avoid confusion, specially for those who may be very strict in their veg requirements.

this hotel is amazing , amazing room , spacious clean , great views , love it , its a great choice for Kandy...

i rarely but 0 score for hotel but i had to for this hotel, its not the first time i stay in this amazing hotel but i feel there are clearly some issue with staffs training. Of course there were amazing staffs but again 2-3 guys made the experience not pleasant.. very bad check in and check out again. they kept me waiting 35 min when i was stuck outside (my bad, forgot my key inside the room)im really concerning changing hotel for my next visit though this hotel could be one of my fav in Sri Lanka

Good food, and friendly staff overall - except the reception

The food was good, especially the dessert. The restaurant had a good variety. The security, staff at the restaurant and other staff around were really friendly, polite, and helpful. The location was really good and serene.

Should specifically mention about the reception. First, it took a long time to check-in ( we were a bit late too) and we did not even receive a welcome drink. It was not pleasant after a long drive from Colombo to Kandy. But we saw a different set of people getting a welcome drink and I don't know the reason for a different treatment. I felt some arrogance in the air around the reception (especially from the guys in suits) and did not like the vibe at all. Should mention the exception; who escorted us to our room, who was really nice and seemed like a trainee. I had seen similar reviews about the reception before and sad that it hasn't been fixed yet.

Pleasant satay in a old faithful institution in Kandy

The breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent.

Poor customer service, staff are untrained on customer experience whether it’s front office or bar, you just can’t get service. The Mountbatten bar is dirty and full of flies that are alive and dead.

location was beautiful that all about this place is .

check in was disaster waited 10 min to be served at reception the Lady I don’t know the name she was not helpful at all ,I think they only interested about the wedding halls not about the in house guest ,Room424 is above the wedding hall no 3 and you can imagine the noise till late .

please avoid, highly don’t recommend

the property looks nice from outside and the view is amazing the problem is that it is extremely dirty and staff although I wanted to leave early did not refund the last night to make sure they take the money although I asked to leave early and changed my flights as did not find any hotel available for the last night in kandy

staff and manager are not professional only caring to make sure u pay for night we didn’t stay in as we booked for 2 rooms for my family. not even allowing one night refund for one room. rooms so dirty meaning toilet seats filthy, sheets stained, spider webs in bathrooms and carpets so stinky like a urine smell. I must stay the most horrible experience I have had
