Would never stay here again.

The renovated rooms are nice the rest of the hotel is very run down.

The staff are incompetent and don’t understand good service. They dont trust their guests. Food was basic. Azul beach club is not what it seems on instagram.

We were there with our grandsons and they absolutely loved the slides and the pool area.

Fabulous

We had a fabulous stay. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was beautiful. Service was fast. Even when i needed to get into my safe when it wouldn’t open. If you’re staying with kids this is the place to be.

Maybe a few more kids food choices on the menu. Popcorn or some sort of snacks for them. Maybe toastys around the pool.

Really did enjoy our stay other than not enough sunlounges by the pool

This is a great resort to stay in. Right from the beginning the staff were wonderful - so helpful and friendly. This resort is very clean and tidy. Would stay at this resort again.

There aren't enough sun loungers by the pool area - every day was a fight to get one - you had to sit on the grass and wait for someone to leave which took hours. They have the grass area but not enough sunlounges which was most frustrating every day. Very much a family with kids resort.

Overall we had a good time but would rethink staying at Bali Mandira again

Location, pool bar, gardens, the resort over all is neat and tidy , great Bali look

The family rooms are out dated and need a refurbish , bathrooms are mouldy, also the beds were hard and not comfortable in the rooms we stayed in, we had 8 adults and 4 kids and paid a lot of money for the rooms , but were disappointed to be honest

The pool was great

The room was a shoebox. They crammed 3 beds in to a tiny space. We could not spend any time in the room as it was so cramped. The third bed was a tiny kids bed that they expected an adult to sleep in. The breakfast had very few vegan options. So we couldn’t really eat breakfast there.

Very nice place to enjoy your break, if somethings can be managed

Breakfast was good, Spa services were very nice, Loved the pool area and the beach access. It was fun staying at the resoort as it is easily accessible. very central

The bathroom was way below my expectation. There was no shower room, only tub with shower, which makes the bathroom very wet everytime someone uses it. The tub was cumbersome as u have to climb in and out, increasing your chances of tripping over. I wouldnt be able to get my parents to use it! And the tiles in the bathroom were quiet dirty. Not well cleaned

Super Lage. Sehr schöne Villa mit privatem Swimming Pool. In dieser Kategorie waren eine Flasche Bier pro Tag und ein Nachmittagsbuffet mit alkoholischen Getränken inbegriffen.

Das Essen im Azul hat nicht mit der sehr hohen Qualität der Villa mitgehalten.
