We loved it!

We loved the place! The staff were amazing. The rooms are big and comfy , the esthetics are high quality wooden furniture that give an old retro feeling in the best way. I wished we could stay there longer than one night .

The location is kinda isolated, only Mcdonalds is around so a taxi is always needed. But taxi prices are really cheap and easy to order with the Grab app. Beds are not so comfy, but I'm being spoiled here :)

It’s a great stay! The whole staff are very welcoming and friendly, I think I can stay here again.

I’m so surprised how big the room is! There is bathtub, the carpet is very clean, very good airconditioning. There is swimming pool at the rooftop, super view at night! Very classy room!

I just don’t like the location, it’s within the residential area, I feel like I don’t like to walk outside alone. Breakfast is good, but I prefer if it’s breakfast buffet.

Clean rooms, friendly service, great breakfast. A very positive experience.

Property is very clean, room is excellent. There are staff available downstairs 24/7 and they are very friendly. The breakfast service was the best I’ve had - quick service and great choices. A very safe, clean and comfortable stay.

Only slight issue with the hotel is if you’re walking to explore the area it’s not too near things to do. Most tv channels are locked out in the room.

An Amazing good Hotel!

All was very good except that the Fitness studio was still not ready to use after reparation! The outdoor pool on the top of the building is BIG and super nice and clean! Amazing place! You have also access to a very good SAUNA! Breakfast restaurant has several variety of good dishes! The staaf in reception, Bellman and restaurant have a very friendly and nice behavior to us as guests! This popular hotel is my favorite hotel in Manila!

I look forward to return to Herald Suite Solana but the the fitness studio must be reopen again!

It was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the sofa for d kids and spacious room.

Rooms are quite big and comfy.

The cable is a bit old and the channels are very few.

Much to improve!

Nice beds and spacious rooms. Friendly courteous staff.

Horrible road noise from the rooms facing the main Street. No plug points that are near the beds or even to plug in the kettle. The area around the hotel hardly has any restaurants or places to eat or chill so you need to take a taxi everywhere. Terrible wifi connectivity and needs constant logins with usernames and passwords repeatedly.

The location was great for me.

The fact that I reported to the staff that there were some kind of indecent act going in at the pool one afternoon my kids were at the pool and no one seemed to have done something and simply shrugged it off.

The room is big and comfortable with a lot of space. Breakfast provided and other meals offered are fresh and delicious. The staff are really friendly.

They could accomodate us when we arrived really late since our flight got cancelled. The receptionnist was very nice. We had a noisy room but they managed to change it for us when we asked them too.

Breakfast was passable and juices are not fresh.

Room was fine, but you need 'inland' room, not street side. clean rooms. AC's are a bit noisy though. Staff is very friendly.

Better WIFI in the room. now it went off and on. so this is a point that should be taken seriously
