Overall, it’s good. I’ll give 8 out of 10

Good location. Close to the bus station and so at the airport.

The air conditioning is not cold enough.

The Kabayan hotel is always our first choice.

The location is good, the hotel is basic but fair price. The staff are helpful and very pleasant.

The very strong smell of adhesive where they are carrying out work. We had to request to be transfer but unfortunately, we had to accept a smaller room.

Good location and quick near the airport.

Good location, and good food in room service. Portions were abit small.

Still run down and old facilities. Couldn’t charge in my own hotel room. The bathroom is poorly maintained

Very heavy jam near the taxi and very less restaurants near the hotel

The stuff is very nice and polite

The internet is very bad, the dual beed room is very small

Place is neat and clean, bed and pillows are very comfortable, staff are very polite and helpful.

I have no problem checking in with this hotel. The location is perfect. Closed to Moa & Airport.friendly customer service from the counter all the way to the restaurant. The food was great for a reasonable price. Selection of food was great if u wanted to eat filipino breakfast. The hotel room bed was big and comfy. Bathrooms was totally clean. Overall, I will recommend it to anybody who wants to come to Phil's for vacation. Or wanted to relax before their departure.

The floor room is a bit outdated and needs improvement.

Not going to recommend the place

Rooms has seen better days,looks and smells old,bathroom tub is leaking and broken,shower curtain doesn’t even cover the whole tub,toilet paper runs out because it was only half,was dusty as well

Good accessibility, perfectly attached to the infrastructure of public transportation. solid rooms, silent, good quality.

breakfast too tiny for the price... no buffet, must even choose between coffee and juice ... they say either or... 🙈

They let me stay at d old building and t’was with old furnitures with spider web on the ceiling and tv with 1 auto movie channel, dialing 0 if u need something no reply, u can hear the next room voice chatting with his family..

Abousuletly the best 28 nights ever,, Kabayan you made a long stay absolutely memorable. Thank you!

Staff were always very pleasant regardless of the time of day and nothing to too much trouble.

Although the food from the restaurant was always first class, a glass of wine would have topped off each evening. Although the food menus offered both red and white wine nothing was available except the local beer. As small thing but disappointing as the wine would have made the evening just that more pleasant.

Ein günstiges Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte.

Preisleistung ist passend. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Das Bett war für 3 Personen etwas zu klein. Das Wasser war auch nach etwa 5 Minuten Vorlauf nicht warm.

The very nice hotel shuttle driver picking us up at NAIA T3, nice and helpful staff at the hotel and a Jollibee a short walk from the hotel. Booking my next stay at this moment.

DIRTY. COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. OLD BUILDING

We chose this hotel because its near naia. We stayed for 1 night since we have a connctng flight the nxt morning

Everything. We expected it to be nice since its anew building. Upon cheeck in took us 30-45mins. The receptionist was alone and a lot of guests were already lining up - our room was unfortunartly located in the old building we needed to pass by the eletric room which was scary and i was with 2 seniors with trolleys! How inconvenient - upon opening the door. there were COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!! CALLED FRONT DESK THAT WE WANT TO BE TRANSFERRED. WHILE TRASFERRING US, they didnt eve aplogized and blamed the cleaning staff. No its in the building. And pest control should be done! I paid for 2.3k and it wasn't even worth it with only 7 hours of stay. Wouldn't recommend it ! Pls find another hotel
