El hotel no se parece en nada a las fotos

En la reserva se indicaba que el desayuno estaba incluido, sin embargo no fue así. El colchon muy incomodo, no pasamos buena noche. El alojamiento no es como se ve en las fotos. El agua de la ducha no desagua y el baño terminó todo mojado.

El secador se incendio al conectarlo

La atención del personal en el desayuno. Muy amables. El desayuno estaba rico.

Al conectar el secador de cabello, se incendio, no fue un corto, fue una llamarada. Afortunadamente no estaba apuntando a mi cara o hubiera sufrido quemaduras graves. Reporte el incidente en recepción y solo me dijeron que lo revisarian. Muy decepcionada por la poca atención al mantenimiento de los elementos que puede convertirse en un gran riesgo para los huespedes.

La ubicación

El hotel da la sensación de estar en un hospital, enfermeras entrando y saliendo de las habitaciones desde las 5:30 am atendiendo pacientes sin respetar que hay otros huéspedes. Imposible descansar

The receptionist was very kind printing out my boarding pass and the night receptionist was also very helpful doing a quick check out at 5am! Outstanding staff!

I would like the room to have more lights.

Location

The first room assigned had a very strong mold smell. The first and the second had No night table lamps. The TV on the second one did not work.

great location , comfortable beds

I was expecting much more from a 5 stars hotel! the room is very basic and quite old, no water bottles offered. the first night we’ve requested a blanket because the room was very cold but those never arrived. we were very jet-legged , I’ve been waiting awake for 2h on purpose but slept in cold at the end. the day after we complained and that was fixed promptly , but still not acceptable

Good choice for a short stay

Centrally located and clean facilities. The staff was helpful.

The facilities needs an upgrade, windows are old and the noise from the streets slips all the way in to the rooms.

The person at the reception after midnight was incredibly rude.

We arrived late at night to do the check-in. The person at the reception was so rude! I cannot believe the hotel can give such a treatment to a customer. There were no blankets, and when I went to the reception to ask for them, he asked me to wait and give me the blankets so I could take them up!

excellent room & place

Hotel is pretty well located, there are some good restaurants in the nearby, also a big supermarket and the entire surrounding area is safe and nice. Hotel staff was very friendly and diligent.

Arriving late (say after midnight) could be not very pleasant as the person in charge is not normally on his/her place and it takes some time to get the access to the hotel.

Much to improve!!!

The guy at the reception is very friendly and professional, Breakfast is not included, but for a reasonable price you get a good portion of food, The hotel is located in a good area, close to supermarkets, restaurants and the Unicentro mall 10 minutes away walking….

Although the hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are neglected and in poor condition, and the cleanliness is not the best, the old carpets and the sheets were weathered... many things to improve!

Over all good value for money, clean and great location.

The room was beautiful but at first they wanted to place me in a totally different room. I had to argue that the pictures on the site vs what they were showing me was different. They then agreed to change me to the right room.

The water pressure was not good for the type of shower we had.
