La ubicación es muy linda, tiene una super vista! les recomiendo que reserven habitaciones con vista. las habitación muy comoda y limpia el personal muy amable

El servicio del restaurant, tiene mucho para mejorar. La comida es muy rica, y la atención amable, pero en cuanto al servicio, bastante malo, lento, desprolijo, ej: trajeron las empanadas de entrada, cuando ya habiamos terminado de comer (como postre), los platos salieron con muchisima diferencia, unos ya habian termiinado de comer y otros aun no recibian el plato (y eso q eran los q habian pedido una ensalada). Me dio la sensación de poco personal para una carta tan extensa, y poca organizacion.

The view is fantastic, but the service and facilities are terrible

Great view and If you need parking there is an underground parking at the hotel. The restaurant has a great view.

Unfortunately, the facilities are old and not well maintained. The shower doesn’t have enough hot water (and Quito is cold in the mornings). The toilet tank was broken so the water doesn’t flush. The elevator is also broken, the card reader of the door doesn’t work well and I can keep going. Also, the hotel is located near a park where young adults were playing music very loud and drinking until 3am :/.

Excellent hotel with fantastic view

Excellent view from the room - this was a real treat. The staff was always nice and helpful, they even helped out with a Type-C adaptor which we forgot. Bed is very comfortable. Room is spacious and spotless.

Internet connection was not very good (compared to European standard). Took several attempts to login sometimes, and to synchronize messages.

Always excellent

This is my favorite place to stay in Quito. I have stayed at Stubel with my family many times over the years, and the service is always impeccable. They have a great restaurant with a beautiful view of the valley, a complete breakfast is included in the price, and the location is right off of Gonzalez Suarez which is a safe area. Thank you for always taking great care of us!

views, spacious, albeit little shabby room, large bathroom - again the amenities could be updated. liked the location - lots of great cafes around

the restaurant is stuck in the 90ies - we went for dinner and it was overpriced and tasted like hot garbage. the staff didn’t want to accommodate our table preference despite there not being a reservation and upon check out they called us at exactly 12pm and hounding us to leave the room - the hotel was half empty and our room wasn’t booked when we checked on the app. staff acting stand offish not even saying greetings. good value for the money, but the staff was extremely unwelcoming - wouldn’t stay here again because of that

Old school hotel, but you get have what you need and convenient location.

Great location in La Floresta - not far from most places by Uber. Also walking distances to a lot of cafes and gastropubs. Hotel is professional in an old school way, and the hotel service quality, food, rooms and decor are all a bit old school (like it was in the 90s). Their restaurant opens till very late 11pm, so if you ever need to stay in it's useful to have. Gorgeous and mesmerising views at the hotel restaurant.

Although situated in La Floresta which is a great area, the alley/road leading to the hotel is dodgy. I was placed in a very unfortunate situation and was robbed half a block from the hotel. Even though the hotel is right next to a popular park / viewpoint where people often go to. Breakfast was also basic and old school (rolling up cheese slices & ham with basic bread, eggs, fruits & tea/coffee.

for a quick stay it wasn’t the best but it was all that not bad

i liked the location a views of the valley from our room

1.- When we booked apparently it was the last room available and it smelled like mildew, both room and bathroom. A lot of things were broken or not working properly. It also did not seem like they prepared the room for our arrival. Not even the refrigerator was plugged in. 2.- We did not like the fact that it was not a breakfast buffet. It was not my first stay there. I had been there 3 yrs ago and at that time it was a breakfast buffet. My experience then was so much better then this time.

A fabulous stay in a great neighborhood

They moved us when we asked for a quieter room, they found something we left in the previous room by accident, they arranged COVID testing before our flight, they watched our luggage for 7 hours after check out, they called us a taxi to the airport, the breakfasts were very generous and delicious.
