Many thanks to the hotel staff, they are the most hospitable people on the planet. Really liked the restaurant on the roof. Expensive but delicious. Try the fresh fish. The location is convenient for tourism, but note that you’ll have to take a cab or bus to the beach

Basically as written in the reviews: a little monotonous breakfasts and in the hotel renovation is not fresh. But for us it was not a problem at all. We got everything we expected. For Morocco it is a really good hotel

It was nice, clean but in noisy area. Something to expect in Cassablanca

Amazing cozy room and comfortable bed.

There was only air cooling not air condition because it just blow air without changing the temperature over time. The room we got at the end of coridor was right next to a nightclub and boy you can hear it.

A great hotel for a short visit to Casablanca and excellent value for money

I really appreciated the helpfulness, kindness and understanding of the staff. In particular I want to mention Oumaima for her helpfulness (the first time we stayed, it was thanks to her that we decided to book into the hotel). Also Redouan, Ouaziz and Naciri. One of these gentlemen really helped me sort out a problem, and you have no idea how much that meant to me. Also, there's a really nice lady at the breakfast restaurant, and the staff at the roof top bar are very kind also. The housekeepers were very helpful too. I think it's a great hotel for short visit to Casablanca and excellent value for money. I hope this feedback helps, and that it is passed on to the staff that I have mentioned. Many thanks.

Manger very rode I don't recommend no WiFi no fridge and Ac not working was very hot I couldn't sleep and they told me it was broken since 5 days I booked for two nights I canceled the other night the manger very very bad atutude we payed for 4 stars hotel doesn't deserve any star shower broken as well TV no signal shet hotel

Big old hotel in a center of the city Quite good rooms Price was ok as for a 4-star hotel

Mediocre breakfasts Generally oldish hotel. Some renovation would be useful The restaurant at the top of the hotel was not operating Wi-Fi was not always working

Very good

Good location on edge of business section. On lovely avenue of rundown French era buildings. The breakfast was decent. The staff helped locate a restaurant open immediately after the end of a Ramadan fast day.

There was an attempt to get a very unfavorable exchange rate, claiming that it was 9.5 to the dollar rather than what we had agreed at 10. The official rate for 12.04.2023 was closer to 10.2. Once I showed the rate, they backed off, but it left a lingering bad feeling.

Pictures VS Reality

The staff and the waitress were amazing with us. Always willing to help and gave us everything that we needed. At breakfast the waitress and the food were fantastic!

Very noisy in the night. The windows were not sealed properly. Sound proofing is poor. The bathroom had a smell of smoke and it wasn't the best.

Our staying was too short

I took a suite as the hotel was fully booked but it seems it wasn 't, so I pay double for a regular room.

Experience the old art deco casablanca

The hotel was renovated , almost new rooms , the location was great , they made sure I have a parking spot in the heart of center casablanca, surrounded by beautiful art deco French building, good place to stay and explore casablanca

Breakfast was not what should be expected, the cost is a bit higher for the rooms .

mediocre quality at a good location.

Centrally located, walking distance to medina, on tram line.

Everything is worn and not really maintained. The bathtub was leaky, the whole bathroom floor turned swimming pool showed all the dirt in the room. the ordered single beds were put together into one large one. the hotel smelled like old food and dirt.

Decent stay for a 48 hour layover

We read the reviews where it's mostly been marked as an outdated hotel with bad experiences, however as we were only stopping over in Casablanca for a couple of nights for work purposes and as we had prepared ourselves for the worst, we actually had a good experience. The hotel staff helped us to park the car right in front of the hotel; the card machine was working; our room was decent; hot water, AC and WiFI were all working very well. We were also welcomed with some water and a bowl of fruits which was a nice touch after a long road trip. The location was perfect for us too as we could walk to all the main attractions. Overall, if you're coming on a family holiday and looking for a 4* treat, I'd say it's probably not going to be all that, but if it's just a stopover, it'll be just fine. The gentleman at Reception was cheerful and kind. We really can't complain as we had a decent stay here and had everything we needed.

The cleanliness of common areas (carpets in hallways) could do with a clean. The hotel could definitely do with a makeover overall. Breakfast was poorly, but again, we were OK with just having some coffee, eggs, fruits and fresh pastries.

Superb

Great staff always helpful and smiling. Location was good. Comfortable beds. The Medina is boring so not much to see around. Everything else is by a small taxi .

One room had a bad smell like was dusty or wet and closed windows for long time. We couldn't stay there without opening the window for 2 hours. Room is a bit dark and small but not unusual for a city center.
