Easy check in and check process with late checkout requests accepted with no questions.

Value for your money

The room was comfortable and the staff were great. Great LOCATION too as it is close to the medina which was walking distance.

So the breakfast was not really thought out carefully as not much of a selection. I am a diabetic and can't eat just brea for breakfast.

The night shift receptionist, a chubby man, positive attitude, but the morning shift man -slim and tall - (23 Mar) not respecting the line and has a negative attitude.

Pretty good value for the money.

Location is decent if you need to go to the train station. Breakfast was a bit limited but still tasty. The staff was friendly.

Great place to stay in Casablanca

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Karim, the manager. The central location was also a plus, as was the possibility to get both lunch and dinner if you wanted it, delivered to your room, should you prefer.

Nothing immediate comes to mind. The traffic is a little noisy if you like to open the windows, but thankfully not at night. The staff are fluent in Arabic and French , but not quite so good in English.

Nice and clean hotel close to everything in Casablanca. The management is respectful, classy and smiling. This hotel is in the center of the city. The price is right. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean. Breakfast is free. I thank the brothers in the administration for the kind reception and smile. I recommend every traveler to book this hotel. Next time I will book this wonderful hotel

All the people in Morocco are so kind and helpful, the hotel is quite well located and the hot water supply is plentiful, all the staff are friendly and considerate, it made my trip in Casablanca very pleasant
