Mérite un relleffort de qualité et de convivialité

Même si l’hôtel est bien situé dans le centre près de l’hôtel de ville, cet établissement a rénové récemment ses chambres à minima avec des caractéristiques de service et d équipement minimalistes au regard d un classement trois étoiles qui n’est pas à la hauteur des attentes .

Manque d espace et de rangement dans les chambres, sdb et toilettes rénovées à petit prix, , fournitures de toilette minimalistes non renouvelées entre deux nuits, pas de plateau café convivial etc

Better than expected

Location was great: this hotel was very short walk from the railway station, also short walk from the center, the shops, the cathedral. It was cheap but definitely had everything we needed. The staff was really friendly and check in was quick and easy. Decor was quite old and dated but the bathroom was modern.

The hotel looks quite dated, the key card was also quite difficult to use at first.

Very good

Pleasant staff who were helpful. They did have a lift, which I wasn't expecting. Parking was not on site, but within walking distance. Air conditioning in the room was great. Location to the City Centre was excellent.

The room was a bit basic and Spartan. No major complaints but the hotel did look a bit tired.

Lovely hotel in the city centre

We had a lovely time! Staff were super friendly and the location is perfect!

Well, the price was perfect! so we are very happy! But the bathroom was very dated and quite dirty!

The location was ok

The stay was terrible. There was no hot water in the hotel. I could not even take a shower. Staff did not help at all and did not provide any compensation for this terrible stay.

Perfect for a quick stop through France to see some sights and eat dinner locally

locations was fantastic, staff helpful, good parking right outside, don’t have to pay over night and only have to pay a few hours in the day. view was nice and shower good.

the room was very cramped and was filled with pointless furniture that made it hard to move around the bed. No one needs a big wardrobe in the way no one is going to use it. bathroom didn’t strike as the most cleanest just because of aging really.

Nice budget hotel, location was perfect and rooms we're very clean with modern amenities.

Breakfast food was a little stale and could sometimes hear neighbors in their rooms.

Reims is nice but I will not recommend the hotel.

We had a delayed flight due to air controllers at Paris, and although we communicated with hotel in advanced, that no trains was available so late at night, they still charged us the first night with breakfast, although we did not used the room and did not have breakfast.

The hotel has a great location close to the train station and town center. The room was clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

This is definitely a bare-bones hotel and room. But it does give you a good location and some food to eat in the morning.

The location of this hotel cannot be beaten and there was easy parking was right in front of the hotel.

would not return for this price. there are other, nicer hotels for the same price

the property was fairly central and just a short walk to the cathedral and other key parts of the city. the road was quiet so no traffic noise during the night.

The room was essentially falling apart. the handle fell off the door in the bathroom. two pictures fell off the wall in the bathroom. The room was very dusty so not very clean. There was no light bulb in the one bedside lamp.

Noce staff, convenient location but the hotel has to be restored

The staff was kind, the Hotel is reachable in few minutes walking both by the station and by the city center. The building outside is nice, however the interior needs a complete restoration. Our room wasn’t spacious, we had only one night table light and the bathroom was ... to restore. The common spaces were neglected and it is a great sin because I believe the structure has a real potential. The breakfast was of a standard quality and despite I had informed them I couldn't eat gluten, in place of bread, sweets and cake I have had only corn cakes.
