There are some small cons but pros prevail. Good value!

Strong WiFi. Free parking is available (but is not guaranteed). Cool bed. Friendly staff. Quiet location. A comfortable workplace (with a laptop).

There was no refrigerator.

Bizar slecht

Op onze terugweg vanuit Kroatië besloten we om een overnachting te maken in dit hotel. We kwamen laat in de avond aan en werden vriendelijk ontvangen.

In de kamer zelf stond het raam open omdat het erg heet was en ze geen airco hebben, hierdoor zijn er veel spinnen en motten binnen. We waren moe van een lange reis en wilden gaan slapen. Het bed lag totaal niet comfortabel (links doorgezakt) en kraakte enorm hard bij iedere beweging. Na een uur gaven we het op en liepen we naar beneden naar de receptie om een andere kamer te regelen. Helaas was daar niemand meer aanwezig, enkel security. Toen we ‘s ochtend bij uitchecken ons verhaal deden en eigenlijk niet voor 2 kamers wilde betalen omdat het echt bizar slecht was, werd er begripvol gereageerd maar helaas kon er niks aan gedaan worden omdat hij daar niet voor bevoegd was. Wel konden ze ons een gratis ontbijt aanbieden maar we wilden zsm weer door en gunde onszelf daar geen tijd voor. Onze dochters mochten daarom een flesje drinken pakken en we hoefde de parkeergarage niet te betalen. De klacht zou besproken worden met zijn manager en die zou contact met ons opnemen. Helaas… we zijn nu 5 dagen verder en er is geen contact met ons opgenomen. Hadden we uiteraard ook al niet verwacht maar het zou ze wel sieren. Wat ons betreft een dikke afrader dit hotel want je doet er geen oog dicht 😄 Allereerste keer dat ik een slechte recensie heb geschreven.

Alles in allem o.k.

Gutes, reich bestücktes Frühstücksbuffet, etwas teuer, aber wenn man Zeit hat sein Geld wert. Ich habe weitere, teilweise externe Personen zum Frühstück angemeldet, was etwas schwierig war (s.u.). Letztlich war die Zahl der angemeldeten Personen um zwei zu hoch. Aber der Kollege am Morgen hat die Sache großzügig geregelt.

Personal am Empfang am Samstag Abend hatte leichte Verständigungsprobleme. (s.o.)

Enjoyed our staying in this hotel

We liked our staying in this hotel very much. Rooms are very nice, everything needed was in the room. Hotel is very cozy and nice. Breakfasts were delicious and a lot of everything for each taste.

The only moment I didn't like, it's a specific air in this small city. But in the hotel it didn't feel much, so it was good.

Good breakfast, they had variety!

Car park is available but expensive. There was also a smell in the room and I found a quite big spider on the wall. Informed the staff the day after as there was no cover over the night and they offered a discount for breakfast.

Nice hotel in a good position.

Breakfast buffet with a good selection. Room is large and comfortable.

Room temperature too low. The shower water cold too, it required almost 5 - 7 minutes before to get hot water.

there where no food at all on breakfast, no bread, I have managed to grabbed last croissant but people who came after me didn’t have that much luck. no one at reception to find out anything or to check out 🤷🏻‍♀️ disappointing

- old ,uncomfortable pillows (( - cigarette butts on the balcony from previous guests - no cleaning or towel changes during 3 nights

1. Could find several hair in room from previous guest 2. Law says Covid-Test all 3 days, this hotel ask for a daily test 3. While I extended my stay they charged higher rate for the additionally days

Decent hotel for solo or family trips

We stayed there for total 5 nights and everything was just great. Breakfast had variety of foods, everything was sealed and packed which is super great due to COVID-19, room was clean and quiet. What you need in order to have a great time, i will be going back for sure next time I'm in Germany

Good stay

It is all new, modern, clean. Staff was helpful. They have a garage. There is a huge supermarket next to it, Kaufhaus, offers everything.

The walls are quite thin. We had a neighbour listening to music. It was a bit loud, we couldn't hear our telly properly.

Amazing value for money

For a 3 star hotel, it exceed our expectations. The room was very big. We had everything we needed and more. There was even a restaurant next door doing takeaway in the evening. Breakfast was great, a lot of choice.
