By adding some more steps to walk to the Reithalle this hotel saves half of the budget to stay in S.

The lighting in the bathroom was very good.

The room was very hot and has no aircon or ventilation.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral

Das Apartment, was nicht im Hauptgebäude liegt, war nicht ordentlich geputzt. Jeder aus unserer Gruppe hatte schwarze Fußsohlen nach 5 Minuten. Es lag noch ein benutztes Taschentuch unter dem Bett. Vorhänge sind vergilbt und fleckig. Das Apartment hat eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber nicht wirklich für 5 Personen bestückt ist. Genauso wie die Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon. Es gab nur 2 Stühle. Der TV war kaputt. Das Apartment liegt über einem Club, der bis in die frühen Morgenstunden geöffnet ist. Durch die Musik und den Club Besuchern war es sehr laut. Um in das Apartment zu gelangen, musste man an den Türstehern des Clubs vorbei.

Für den Preis und einen Aufenthalt von nur einer Nacht vollkommen in Ordnung.

Es liegt sehr zentral und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super.

Das Bett bestand aus einem Metallgerüst, auf dem eine Matratze lag. Es war ziemlich hellhörig zum Flur hin.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Hotel ist etwas veraltet aber es war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war ok, allerdings für Spätaufsteher etwas spärlicher an Auswahl.

Dachte hätte zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, war nicht so. Frühstück muss extra pro Person, pro Tag mit 15 Euro bezahlt werden und der Parkplatz kostet auch 20 Euro pro Nacht. Im großen und ganzen hatten wir für diese Geld ein etwas exclusiveres Hotel buchen können.

Die Lage war top aber de Aufenthalt war nicht sehr angenehm für eine Familie

Die Lage war super! Nahe am Stadtzentrum

Das Personal bei der Reception sehr unfreundlich Fernsehr hat teilweise funktioniert. Kein Zimmersafe Andere Gäste haben bis späht in die früh lärmgemacht, ist nicht wirklich gedacht für Familien. Haben immer bis früh in den Moegenstunden lärm gemacht. Der Lift sehr klein nur knapp mit viel Bemühungen hat der Kinderwagen rein gepasst. Ist nicht Rohlstullgerecht immer wieder hat es Stufen über die man nicht rüber kommt mit Kinderwagen oder etc. Keine Minibar Frühstück sehr mangelhaft könnte man mehr bitten.

der empfang war sehr nett. das frühstück bestand leider aus billigen brötchen, wurst und käse. der kaffee war unterirdisch. gegen über von den zimmer war ein ausländer wohnheim. die ganze nacht lautstarke unterhaltungen, musik und auto gehupe. konnte kein auge zu machen. die lage war gut. mitten im zentrum. nie wieder

Much better than the first impression

We received candies and chocolate on the bed as a welcome. Very good location near the center, many different restaurants and fast food places nearby, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, parking in the hotel yard

The first impression was not the best, because there were two people lying on the stairs in front of the hotel entrance, the rooms do not have air conditioning, which otherwise did not bother us, because it was a cold summer day, but I don't know how we would spend the night if it was hot outside. The area was full of construction sites, but they were not so disturbing, as they did not work at night

I felt cheated.

The location was near by the main town center.

Everything else. The shower area was chocked, sink leaking. They didn't exchange a room for us but got a plumber to fix it while we were occupying the room. The toilet was dirty, room was small and stuffy. The bed was horrible. And we paid good money for the room. I felt that I was cheated as the pictures posted seems way nicer than how the room actually was.

Nice location close to center and pedestrian street with many places to visit.

Very old furniture, broken shower, very unfriendly stuff, breakfast could be better. Photos from description are total different from reality. I checked in 14:00 as hotel conditions but my room was not ready and they ask me to wait...😒

The breakfast was decent

The main problem was hygiene. I have never been in such a dirty hotel room. If the walls are painted black it does not mean that there is no need to wash it once in a while. There were yellow spots on my blanket, dirty floors. Secondly, the old kitchen with no utensils. What is the point then of having the kitchen... Many problems in the bathroom like clogged sink, cold-hot water control was not adjusted, door lock is broken, dirty mirrors. Also remote control did not work. Not recommend.
