Lovely apartment as a base to explore Krakow.

Fantastic location. An easy walk to the main square. Restaurants & small grocery stores nearby. You could hear the hourly trumpeter in the distance which was fantastic. The apartment is over 2 levels with 2 toilets. Main bathroom downstairs and 2nd toilet upstairs near the bedroom. Washing machine and provision of a washing pod was welcome. Well equipped with an airer, iron etc. There’s a lift too! 🎉

The shower cubicle is a bit small but adequate. The only issue was the water pressure from the rain shower was very low and the hand held shower attachment was broken so you couldn’t use it hands free. The pressure was better through the handheld shower. Hair dryer was just OK.

Idéalement situé

Ce logement est idéalement situé. A 5 min à pied de la place Rynek Growny. A coté d'accès aux transports en commun, loueur de vélo. Plein de petits commerces et de restaurants à proximité ce qui facilitent le séjour.

Appartement très bruyant car juste au-dessus des voies de trams qui fonctionnent même la nuit.

Nice enough for 2 - 3 night stay in a central location, very clean and pretty cool

Cool apartment in a great central location in the Old town of Krakow, the staff at the reception which was about 1/2 km away were lovely

the beds were not comfortable and you the ladders up to the mezzanine where two of the beds were, were very steep and not great for an older person. you could not stand up straight on the mezzanine and as there was only wires across the edge I wouldnt put young kids up there for safety. Would make a lovely cool apartment though.

La ubicación es muy buena y el apartamento una pocholada. Está muy bien equipado, limpio y espacioso. Todo está en perfecto estado y cuidados los detalles

Tal vez el tema de recogida de llaves, para alguien que no conoce la ciudad es un rollo tener que ir de un sitio a otro con la maleta

Amazing location and value for money ! - We will be back !

The reception to collect the keys was easy to find with only a short walk to the apartment itself. The location of the apartment was spot on at only a 5 minute walk to the square. The apartment was clean, and big enough for two for a short weekend. The reception staff were extremely helpful when we posted the keys after checking out only to realise we had left our passports in the apartment 🙈 Overall and amazing stay - we will be back.

Great apartments if you are in the main building

The staff were lovely and helpful. They moved us to a different apartment in the main building which was a lot quieter. Rooms were spacious, modern, very comfortable and clean. Great location for exploring the city.

The first apartment we were put in was a 10 min walk away from reception in a different building. The noise from the club below was unbearable. Loud music playing until 5am both nights. It was impossible to sleep. The music literally vibrated the apartment. The TV didn't work and the kettle was faulty.

Good location but hot and a very small bathroom

A great location. Well equipped.

It had no cooling (fans provided did nothing) so it was super uncomfortable to sleep. Also the bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable. Pretty much after each time someone had a shower, the whole bathroom was flooded. I don’t recommend this place.

Excellent location to Old Towne Krakow. Apartment was perfect for a family of four. Had all the amenities that we required. Air conditioning strong.

Great apartment for a couple in the old town

It had everything we needed, kitchen was complete, it had heat, which we needed at the time, plenty of ventilation if you wanted to air it out, curtains for privacy, and you couldn’t beat the location. The communication was great, And check-in was very easy. We understood from the beginning that the check-in was in a different place from where the apartment was, so that was not a problem at all.

People need to realize that there are some things that are not standard all the world over. It took us about 15 minutes every morning to get the stove top to work, although I’m sure if we had some instructions we could’ve figured it out quickly. We tried to download an instruction manual but it was about 200 pages long. Also, we didn’t realize that what we thought was a little decorative bauble in the bathroom was actually the soap for the washing machine, and while we had counted on washing our clothes there, we ended up not doing it. I had written and asked if there were detergent somewhere in the apartment, and they said no, they have capsules but we would have to buy the detergent, or something like that. I totally misunderstood what that meant. We only figured it out on the last day as we were leaving. also, we thought going up that many flights of steps was kind of funny, but it really was difficult at the end of a long day, and maybe not for the faint hearted.

Nice location, parking is inconvenient at best.

Great location, comfy bed, spacious room.

Key pickup is not at the same location as the apartment which can present a problem if you have a car. Also, car parking is not easy and can be costly depending on the duration of your stay.

Good location but doesn't look as large as the photos!

Great location, short distance from the main square.

It was very noisy. The sofa was quite uncomfortable, the chair legs didn't feel safe. The tea/coffee machine is actually sachets of Nescafé and a kettle!

Beautiful airy apartment

Beautiful airy space with a modern kitchen and high ceilings. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The neighbourhood has great local offerings and the main square is a 5 minute walk away. We loved our stay here- one of our favorites!

Strangely few electrical outlets in the kitchen. Key pick-up location is an 8 minute walk away in a separate building, a lock box would be handy.

Not recommended.

The advertised pictures of the apartment has nothing to do with the actual apartment we got. The reception was located 6 blocks away, approx. 750-800 meters. There was only bed linen for 1 person. We were promised a balcony but it was only a room with sliding glass.

great apart from stairs and lack of info about them

all the stairs there were there were 62 three floors up and we should have been informed of this I’m 61 and my husband 60 and comparatively fit but still found it difficult 😣

Very good

The apartment was in an ideal location, close to the town center and restaurants.

There were too many stairs for me, but i have breathing problems, so don't let that bother you from staying there (23 Sławkowska Street)

Very clean, good location but instructions to get to and to enter property need to be more clear

Keys to enter property were confusing and the directions to get there were not clear it took us ages to find the property and the keys were not clearly illustrated so it took ages to get into the property.

the apartment is located above a bar which is very noisy early morning so not ideal if travelling with kids
